Abstract
본 발명은 승온으로 가열한후 냉각시켰을때 불규칙한 표면을 형성하는 도포된 보강 열가소성 기재의 물성을 개선시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은 강성 하도체 조성물을 먼저 적용한후, 연성 하도체 조성물을 적용하고, 복합 하도제 도막을 경화시키고, 이어서 상도막을 적용시킴을 포함하여, 기제를 웨트-온-웨트(wet-on-wet)방식으로 하도제 도료 조성물로 도포함을 포함한다. 도포된 기재는 개선된 물성, 특히 개선된 상 식 별성(distinctness of image, DOI)을 나타낸다.

Claims (11)
- (a)강성 하도체 조성물을 포함하는 제1도표 및 연성 하도제 조성물을 포함하는 제2도료를 웨트-온-웨트(wet-on-wet)방식으로 보강 열가소성 기재에 적용시키는 단계, (b)복합 하도체 도막을 경화시키는 단계, (c)경화된 하도막에 상도막을 적용시키는 단계, 및 (d)상도막을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 승온으로 가열한후 냉각시켰을 경우, 불규칙한 표면을 형성하는 도포된 보강 열가소성 기재의 물성을 개선시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 열가소성 기재가 유리로 보강된 폴리에스테르계 기재인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 유리 섬유 및 유리 플레이크중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 1 내지 40중량%의 유리를 포함하고, 상기 강성 하도제가 68°F에서 10 내지 25%-20°F에서 3 내지 10%의 신도를 가지며, 상기 연성 하도제가 68°F에서 40 내지 70%, -20°F에서 20 내지 40%의 신도를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상도막이 베이스 도막 및 투명 도막을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 하도제 조성물이 전도성 안료를 함유하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강성 하도제 조성물이 아크릴계 하도제 조성물이고, 상기 연성 하도제 조성물이 폴리에스테르계 하도제 조성물인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 하도제 조성물이 실리카 및 디우레아 중합체중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 처짐 조절제(sag control agent)를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하도되고 경화된 보강 열가소성 기재를 전도성 금속 부품과 조립하고, 상기 조립체를 금속 부품의 도포를 위해 하도제 전착욕에 침지시키고, 이어서 상도막을 조립체에 적용시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 방법에 의해 도포된 제품.
