Abstract

지로토 펌프는 원통형 보스(36)위에 저어널된 로우브된 회전자(제2도에 도시되지 않음)를 포함하는 보통의 로우브된 애뉼러스(30)을 구성한다. 보스는 단부교대를 만나는 제한핀(42)에 의해 제어된 위치사이에서 편심핀(38)위에서 자유롭게 회전한다. 이것은 펌프로 하여금 흐름통로(16, 18)을 통해 유체출력이 한방향이 되도록 이경우 카플링(32)에 의해 애뉼러스의 구동의 가면 방향을 자동적으로 조절하게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 몸체(40)을 구성하는 종류의 펌프에서, n로우브를 갖는 숫회전자의 지로토 세트는 몸체내의 원통형 공동에 모두 위치된 n+1 로우브를 가진 내부적으로 로우브된 암 애뉼런스(30)안에 위치되고 맞물리며 입구와 출구 포트(10, 12)는 두 로우브된 부분 사이에 형성된 일련의 챔바까지 열리고 제1축에 관해 원통형인 보스(36)에 회전자가 저어널되고 보스는 제2의 평행한 축에 관해서만 약 180도 가량의 각운동을 위해 장착되고 보스가 최소한 펌프몸체내의 보조구멍에 위치하고 제2축위에 돌출하는 보스보다 작은 직경의 제1핀(38)을 갖추며 핀은 제한된 각운동을 위해 보스와 저어널되는 특징이 있는 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보스가 제1핀과 평행인 제2핀(42)를 갖추고 몸체(40)내의 요홈(22)에 위치하며 제2핀과 접촉할 때 보스의 각운동을 요홈의 단부(44, 46)이 제한하는 펌프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 핀(38)이 보스와 일체이고 펌프몸체에서 저어널되는 펌프.
