Abstract

본 발명은 한정된 조건하에서 2차 가열하면서 시차 주사 열량계에 의하여 관찰하였을 때 급격하거나 명백한 용융 흡열을 나타내지 않는, 무정형 이방성 폴리아릴레이트와 폴리(에테르 케톤 케톤)으로 이루어지고, 용융 가공이 용이하면서 혼화성 또는 부분 혼화성인 무정형 블렌드에 관한 것으로, 이 블렌드는 항공기 패널 및 그 밖에 높은 내연소성 및 양호한 용융 가공성을 필요로 하는 분야에 이용될 수 있는 시트 형태로 압출시킬 수 있다.

Claims (10)

1종 이상의 2가 페놀과 1종 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산의 반응으로 부터 유도된 무정형 등방성 폴리아릴레이트 약 10~70 중량%와, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)
[여기에서, Ph는 1,4-페닐렌을 나타내고, Ph'는 1,3-페닐렌을 나타내며, x 및 y는 각각 양의 수로서, x는 (x+y)(0~40)/100 및 (x+y)(55~65)/100로 이루어진 범위로부터 선택된 수이고, y는 (x+y)(60~100)/100 및 (x+y)(35~45)/100로 이루어진 범위로부터 선택된 수임]의 반복 단위를 갖고, 시편을 먼저 열량계중에서 분당 20℃ 이상의 속도로 실온으로부터 370℃까지 가열한 다음, 분당 20℃ 이상의 속도로 100℃까지 냉각한 후, 분당 20℃ 이상의 속도로 질소 분위기 하에 2차 가열하면서 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)에 의하여 관찰하였을 때 무정형인 폴리(에테르 케톤 케톤) 90~30 중량%의 상보량으로 이루어지는, 용융 가공 용이하며, 혼화성 또는 부분 혼화성인 무정형 블렌드.
제1항에 있어서, x가 55(x+y)/100 내지 65(x+y)/100의 수이고, y가 35(x+y)/100 내지 45(x+y)/100의 수인 블렌드.
제2항에 있어서, x가 약 60(x+y)/100이고, y가 40(x+y)/100인 블렌드.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴레이트가 비스페놀 A와 테레프탈산 및 이소프탈산과의 혼합 포리에스테르인 블렌드.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴레이트가 1종 이상의 디히드록시벤젠과 이소프탈산 또는 이소프탈산 및 테레프탈산의 혼합물과의 폴리에스테르인 블렌드.
제1항에 있어서, 완전 혼화성인 블렌드.
제2항에 있어서, 완전 혼화성인 블렌드.
제4항에 있어서, 완전 혼화성인 블렌드.
제5항에 있어서, 완전 혼화성인 블렌드.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴레이트의 양이 50~70 중량%이고, 폴리(에테르 케톤 케톤)의 양이 50~30 중량%인 블렌드.
