Claims (4)

  1. 폴리에스테르 블로공중합체에 있어서, 폴리에테르에스테르의 주체인은 다음 구조식(I)과 같은 하드세그멘트와 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)와 같은 소프트세그멘트의 랜덤 블록형 공중합체와 화학적 가교결합을 형성할 수 있는 다관능성분으로서 필수적으로 1차 또는 2차 아민기 이외에 하이드록실기나 카르복실기등 3이상의 관능기를 가지는 성분 단독이나 하이드록실기와 카르복실기로만 이루어진 관능기를 3개이상 가지는 성분과의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에테르에스테르 블록공중합체.
    상기 구조식에서 D는 탄소수가 2~8인 포화 지방족이나 사이클로링 형태의 다음 한성분 또는 2이상의 혼합물에서 하이드록실기 2개가 제거된 라이칼형태이고, R은 분자량이 500이하인 방향족이나 지방족, 사이클로링 형태의 디카르복실산 한 성분 또는 2성분이상의 혼합물에서 2개의 카르복실기가 제거된 라디칼형태이며, G는 분자량이 400~4000인 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)글리콜 한성분 또는 2성분 이상의 혼합물에서 2개의 하이드록실기가 제거된 라디칼형태이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, D로는 에틸렌글리콜, 1,2프로판디올, 1,3프로판디올, 1,4부탄디올, 1,5펜탄디올, 1,6헥산디올, 1,4사이크로헥산메탄올을 사용해, R로는 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산, 올드파탈산, 아디픽산, 서베릭산, 아제라익산, 세바식산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카르복실산이나 이들의 저알킬 에스테르생성물을 사용하여, G로서는 폴리에텔린그리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜을 사용하여서 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 블록공중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 또는 2차 아민기 이외에 하이드록실기나 카르복실기 등 3이상의 관능기를 가지는 성분으로는 디에탄올아민, 헥사메틸렌비스(아미노아세틱산), 트리신, D또는 DL세린, DL트레오닌헤미하이드레이트, DL아스팔틱산, 글루타믹산, DL 2-아미노아디픽산, 트리스(하이드록실메틸)아미노메탄등이 사용되고, 하이드록실기와 카르복실기로만 이루어진 관능기를 3개이상 가지는 성분으로는 헥사글리세롤, 트리멜리틱산, 트리멜리틱안하이드라이드, 펜타에리트리톨, 글리세릭산, 글루코닉산, 글루헵토닉산등이 사용되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 블록공중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 화학적 가교결합을 유도할 수 있는 다관능성분의 총 투입량은 상기 구조식(I),(Ⅱ)에서 R의 총 투입량에 대해 0.1~0.6몰%로 하여서 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 블록공중합체.
