Abstract

케이블 충전물질로 이용할 그리스 조성물은 3000 분자량의 폴리올이나 에스테르로핀 75 내지 95 중량비의 기분성분과 실리카 같은 2 내지 20 중량비의 클로이드 입자를 함유한다. 때로는 항산화제를 첨가하여 고온내성을 부여하고 또는 고무성분을 첨가하여 내유출성을 개선한다. 또한 본 발명의 그리스 조성물중 하나가 외장재속에 들어있는 케이블제품 및 이 그리스 조성물을 케이블에 채우는 방법도 발표한다.

Claims (38)

  1. 약 3000 분자량의 폴리올로된 75 내지 95 중량비의 기본성분과 2 내지 20 중량비의 콜로이드 입자로 구성되 그리스(grease) 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자가 실리카, 점토나 그 혼합중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자가 소수성 발연실리카, 침전실리카, 점토 또는 그 혼합물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자가 4 내지 15 중량비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 5 중량비의 향산화제로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 80 내지 95 중량비로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 또는 탄화수소 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 탄화수소 폴리올이 폴리부타디엔 디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 폴리카르복실산, 또는 중합 히드록시 말단 식물성 오일과 폴리올의 에스테르 반응 생성물중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 중합 피마자유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 유출억제제 효과가 있는 15중량비까지의 고무성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 고무성분은 부틸고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 이량체 고무, 염소처리된 고무 또는 염가소성/고무 블럭 공중합체중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 3000 분자량의 폴리올로된 80 내지 95 중량비의 기본성분과 4 내지 15 중량비의 콜로이드 입자와 또한 1 내지 3 중량비의 항산화제로 구성된 그리스 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 항산화제는 입체장애 페놀 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 항산화제는 폴리에테르 결합에 의해 연결된 비스 장애 페놀고리를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 항산화제는 트리에틸렌 글리콜비스[3-(3'tert-부틸-4'-히드록시-5'-메틸페닐)프로피온산염]인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자는 실리카, 점토 또는 그 화합물중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 콜로이드 입자는 소수성 발연 실리카, 침전실리카, 점토나 그 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리올 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 또는 탄화수소폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 탄화수소 폴리올이 폴리부타디엔 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 폴리올이 폴리카르복실산, 또는 중합 히드록시 말단의 식물성 오일과 폴리올의 에스테르화 반응 생성물중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 중합 파마자유인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  23. 제13항에 있어서, 유출익제제로서 효과가 있는 15중량비까지의 고무성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 고무성분의 부틸고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 이량체 고무, 염소처리된 고무나 또는 열가소성/고무 블럭 공중합체중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 그리스 조성물된 케이블 충전물질.
  26. 제13항에 있어서, 그리스 조성물된 케이블 충전물질.
  27. 케이블 외장물내에 제1항의 그리스 조성물이 들어있는 케이블 제품.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 케이블 외장물속의 다수의 광섬유가 그리스 조성물과 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 제품.
  29. 케이블 외장물내에 제13항의 그리스 조성물이 들어있는 케이블 제품.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 케이블 외장물속의 다수의 광섬유가 그리스 조성물과 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블 제품.
  31. 저 전단조건에서 저장기에 담긴 그리스 조성물을 제거하고; 그리스 조성물을 충분히 절단 조건하에 두어 조성물의 점도를 감소시키고; 또한 낮은 점도에서 그리스를 섬유 광케이블속으로 압추하여 섬유를 둘러싸도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 광케이블에 대한 그리스 조성물 공급방법.
  32. 제31항에 있어서, 점도를 낮추기 위해 그리스의 온도를 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급방법.
  33. 제32항에 있어서, 그리스 조성물에 항산화제를 제공하여 점도 감소단계중 상승온도 조건을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급방법.
  34. 제33항에 있어서, 그리스를 500-600℉의 온도에서 섬유 광케이블속으로 압출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급방법.
  35. 제31항에 있어서, 그리스 조성물은 피스톤 펌프를 써서 저장기로부터 배출하고 이것이 그리스 조성물 온도를 80℃로 유지하도록 가열된 도관속으로 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급방법.
  36. 제35항에 있어서, 가열된 그리스 조성물은 그리스 조성물을 충분히 전단조건하에 두기위한 기어펌프로 향하여 점도를 낮추고 또한 온도를 높여서 그리스가 섬유 광케이블속으로 쉽게 들어갈수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공급방법.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 기어펌프는 초당 5,000 내지 20,000 회전수로 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급방법.
