Abstract

옥소가가 120이하의 부분 수소화 나트릴-공역 디엔계 공중합계, 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체 및 가황제로된 공가황 가능한 고무 조성물.
이 고무 조성물은 부분 수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역디엔계 공중합체와 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체로 된 고무 가황물과 똑같이 양호한 내열성과 내유성을 유지한 채로, 가황물의 정신장 피로 특성 및 혼합시의 가공성이 뛰어나다.

Claims (10)

  1. 옥소가가 120이하의 부분수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역 디엔계 공중합체, 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체 및 가황제로된 공가황성 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부분 수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역 디엔계 공중합체 및 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체의 양이 양공중합체의 합계 중량에 의거하여, 각각 전자가 95∼5중량%, 후자가 5∼95중량%이고, 가황제의 양이 조성물 중량에 의거하여 1∼10중량%인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 부분수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역 디엔계 공중합체 및 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체의 양이 양공중합체의 합계 중량에 의거하여, 각각 전자가 90∼40중량%, 후자가 10∼60중량%인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부분 수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역디엔계 공중합체의 옥소가가 80이하인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부분 수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역 디엔계 공중합체의 결합 불포화 니트릴량이 5∼60중량%인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체가 에틸렌 20∼90중량%와 프로필렌 80∼10중량%로부터 유도되는 2원 공중합체의 염소화물인 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체가 에틸렌 20∼90중량%와 프로필렌 80∼10중량% 및 비공역디엔으로부터 유도되는 옥소가가 3∼35범위인 3원 공중합체의 염소화물인 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부분 수소화 불포화 니트릴-공역디엔계 공중합체, 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체 및 가황제 외에 부분 수소화 불포화니트릴-공역디엔계 공중합체와 염소화 에틸렌-프로필렌계 공중합체와의 합계량 100중량부에 대해서 35중량부 이하의 에틸렌-프로필렌-공역디엔 3원 공중합체를 함유하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 가황제가 유기과산화물인 조성물.
