Abstract

하기 특성을 갖는 폴리프로필렌계 수지로서 매우 높은 강성, 내열성 및 내충격성을 갖는 것과 함께 이들의 밸런스가 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 및 그 조성물을 제공한다.
① 프로필렌 이외의 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 4m o 1%이하로서, 하기 특성 ②, ③ 및 ④, ②13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mmmm분율이 96.0%이상, ③ 승온 분별법에서의 주용출피크의 위치(Tmax)가 118.0℃이상이며, 또 그 퍼크의 반치폭(σ)가 4.0도 미만, ④ 극한점도(n)가 0.5㎗/g이상 0.5㎗/g이하를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 포함, 또, ⑤ 펄스 NMR로 측정한 고무성분량이 25%를 초과하는 것.

폴리프로필렌계 수지 및 그의 조성물

제1도는 승온 분별법에 의한 주용출피크 위치(Tmax) 및 퍼크의 반치폭(σ)를 나타낸 분석 차트이다.
제2도는 고무 성분량과 아이조드(Izod)충격강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)

  1. ① 프로필렌 이외의 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 4m o 1%이하이며, 또 하기 특성 ②, ③ 및 ④를 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 포함하는 것 ② :13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mmmm분율이 96.0%이상 ③ : 승온 분별법에서의 주용출퍼크의 위치(Tmax)가 118.0℃이상이며, 또 그 피크의 반치폭(σ)가 4.0도 미만 ④ 극한점도(n)가 0.5㎗/g이상, 5.0㎗/g이하; 및 ⑤ 펄스 NMR로 측정한 고무성분량이 25%를 초과하는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지.
  2. ① 프로필렌 이외의 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 4m o 1%이하로서, 또 하기 특성 ②, ③ 및 ④를 갖는 프로필렌중합체를 함유하는 것 ② :13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mmmm분율이 96.0%이상 ③ :승온 분별법에서의 주용출피크의 위치(Tmax)가 117.0℃이상이며, 또 그 피크의 반치폭(σ)가 7.0도 미만 ④ :극한점도(n)가2.0㎗/g이상, 5.0㎗/g이하; 및 ⑤ 펄스 NMR로 측정한 고무성분량이 8%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지.
  3. ① 프로필렌 이외의 α-올레핀 단위의 함유량이 4m o 1%이하로서 또, 하기 특성 ②, ③ 및 ④를 갖는 프로필렌중합체를 함유하는 것 ② :13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mmmm분율이 96.0%이상 ③ 승온분별법에서의 주용출 퍼크의 위치(Tmax)가 118.0℃이상이며, 또 그 퍼크의 반치폭(σ)가 3.4도 미만 ④ 극한점도(n)가 0.5㎗/g이상, 2.0㎗/g이하; 및 ⑤ 극도[n]가 3.0㎗/g이상인 프로필렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌게 수지.
  4. 하기 특성 ①, ② 및 ③을 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지. ①13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mmmm분율이 96.0%이상 ② 승온 분별법에서의 주용출 피크의 위치(Tmax)가 118.0℃이상이며, 또 그 피크의 반치폭(σ)가 3.4도 미만 ③ 용융정 탄성측정에서 저장탄성율(G')가 2×105dyn/㎠로 되도록 각주파수를 Wl,2×103dyn/㎠로 되도록 각 주파수를 W2로 할 때에 하기식으로 나타내는 분자량분포지표(PDi)의 값이 15이하 PDi=W2/Wl
  5. 하기 특성 ①, ② 및 ③을 갖는 프로필렌 단독중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지. ①13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mmmm분율이 96.0%이상 ② 승온 분별법에서의 주용출피크의 위치(Tmax)가 118.0℃이상이며, 또 그 피크의 반치폭(σ)가 3.4도 미만 ③ 멜트 인텍스가 0.O1g/10분이상, 200g/10분이하.
  6. 하기 특성 ①, ②, ③ 및 ④를 갖는 프로필렌 단독중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌수지. ①13C-NMR로 측정한 펜탓드 분율에서 mumm분율이 96.0%이상 ② 승온 분별법에서의 주용출퍼크의 위치(Tmax)가 117.0℃이상이며, 또 그 피크의 반치폭(σ)가 4,0도 미만 ③ 멜트 인텍스가 0.01g/10분이상. 3.0g/10분이하 ④ 230℃로 측정한 용융장력(T)와 MI의 관계가 T≥-5.2 logMI+3.0.
  7. 프로필렌 단독중합체의 중합이 실질적으로 일단계로 행해지는 것인 청구항 1∼청구항 6의 어느 1항에 기재의 폴리프로필렌 수지.
  8. 청구항 1∼청구항 6의 어느 1항의 기재의 폴리프로필렌 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
