Abstract

본 발명은 히터에 코팅되는 절연막의 강도를 증대시켜 전기적, 열적 및 외부 충격시 절연막의 파손 발생율을 줄이는데 적합한 전자총의 히터에 관한 것으로, 맨드릴선에 발열선이 감김된 발연부를 갖는 히터 표면에 절연막이 형성된 것에 있어서, 절연막 전착시 ø2.0 ∼3.0㎛의 알루미나 입경을 갖는 전착액을 사용, 전착한 후 소결처리하여 200∼300g의 소결강도를 갖게 한 음극선관용 전자총의 히터에 관한 기술이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 맨드릴선에 발열선이 감겨진 히터 표면에 입경크기가ø2.0 ∼3.0㎛인 알루미나로 된 절연막의 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 음극 선관용 전자총 히터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 히터 표면에 1차 절연막과 2차 절연막이 형성되고 그 상층부에 입경크기가 ø2.0 ∼3.0㎛인 알루미나로 된 절연막이 형성되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 전자총 히터.
