Abstract

본 발명은 창문형 에어컨디셔너의 소음 저감 장치에 관한 것으로, 창문형 에어컨디셔너의 열교환기(1)와 공기의 유동을 유발시키는 팬(2) 사이에 그 팬(2)에 의해 발생된 불규칙한 공기 유동을 균일한 유동으로 정류하는 유동정류망(10)을 설치하여, 열교환기 통과 소음을 감소시킴으로써 에어컨디셔너의 전체소음을 저감시키도록 구성한 것이다.
상기 유동정류망(10)은 소정크기의 사각프레임(11)내부에 대각선 및 십자형태로 다수개의 지지리브(12)가 설치되고, 중간부에는 유동정류리브(13)가 중심에서 외측으로 감아 돌아 나선형으로 설치된 구성으로 되어 있다. 이와 같이 된 본 발명에 의하면 에어컨디셔너의 소음이 2dB 이상 감소되는 효과가 있다.

제1도는 일반적인 창문형 에어컨디셔너의 구조를 보인 분해 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 소음 저감 장치가 적용된 에어컨디셔너의 구조를 보인 분해사시도, 제3도의 (가)(나)는 본 발명에 의한 에어컨디셔너의 소음 저감장치에 사용되는 유동정류망의 구조를 보인 도면으로서, (가)는 정면도, (나)는 측면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 열교환기(1)와 공기의 유동을 유발시키는 팬(2) 사이에 그팬(2)에 의해 발생된 불규칙한 공기 유동을 균일한 유동으로 정류하는 유동정류망(10)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨디셔너의 소음 저감 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동정류망(10)은 소정크기의 사각프레임(11)내부에 대각선 및 십자형태로 다수개의 지지리브(12)가 설치되고, 중간부에는 유동정류리브(13)가 중심에서 외측으로 감아돌아 나선형으로 설치되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 에어컨디셔너의 소음 저감 장치.
