Claims (22)

  1. 미립자 올레핀 중합 촉매의 액체 슬러리를 한정적인 개구를 통해 중합 영역으로 채우는 것으로 구성되는 이때, 촉매는 적합한 중합 조건하에 적어도 하나의 올레핀과 접촉되고, 올레핀 중합 촉매의 슬러리는 한정적인 개구를 통해 촉매의 흐름을 개선하기에 충분한 양으로 슬러리에 첨가되는, 품드 실리카, 품드 이산화티탄, 또는 품드 알루미나인 내화성 산화물 분말 및 미립자 올레핀 중합 촉매를 합함으로써 제조되는 올레핀 중합방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물 분말이 주요 입자의 용집체로 구성되고, 실질적으로 모든 상기 웅집체가 약 3 미크론 이하의 입자크기를 가지는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 산화물 분말이 약 0.001미크론-약 0.1미크론 범위내 평균 주요 입자크기를 가지는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 산화물 분말이 약 0.001미크론-약 0.03 미크론 범위내 평균 주요 입자 크기를 가지는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 산화물 분말이 약 0.005-약 0.02미크론 범위내 평균 주요 입자 크기를 가지는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 산화물 분말이, 실질적으로 모든 주요 입자가 약 0.005-약 0.02 미크론의 범위내 직경을 가지는 품드 실리카인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 품드 실리카가 약 0.005-약 0.015미크론 범위내 주요 입자 크기를 가지는 친수성 실리카인 방법.
  8. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 내화성 산화물 분말이 본질적으로 품드 실리카로 구성되는 방법.
  9. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물 분말대 미립자 촉매의 중량비가 약 0.01/1-약 0.5/1의 범위내인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물 분말 대 미립차 촉매의 중량비가 약 0.025/1-약0.35/1의 범위내인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물 분말 대 미립차 촉매의 중량비가 약 0.05/1-약 0.30/1의 범위내인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 내화성 산화물 대 미립자 촉매의 중량비가 약 0.1/1-0.25/1의 범위내인 방법.
  13. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 약1-약 50중량% 초기중합체를 함유하는 미립자 티타늄-함유 고체인 방법.
  14. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 액체내 이염화마그네슘 및 티타늄 알콕시드를 접촉시켜 용액을 얻고, 상기 용액을 알킬알루미늄 할로겐화물과 접촉시켜 고체를 얻고, 상기 고체를 올레핀과 접촉시켜 초기중합된 고체를 얻고, 상기 초기중합된 고체를 사염화티탄과 접촉시킴으로써 상기 촉매가 제조되는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀이 에틸렌 및 적어도 하나의 다른 올레핀 공단량체로 구성되는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공단량체가 프로필렌, 부렌, 헥센, 옥텐, 또는 4-메틸-1-1펜텐인 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 에틸렌이 중합될 주요 올레핀인 방법.
  18. 제14항에 있어서, 촉매가 슬러리로 도입되기전에 트리알킬알루미늄 화합물과 사염화티탄으로 처리된 고체를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  19. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리가 적합한 대전방지제를 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제가 설폰 및 아미드기를 함유하는 방법.
  21. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 올레핀 중합 촉매가 크롬을 함유하는 방법.
  22. 제1-7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 중합이 루우프 반응기내 입자 형성 조건하에 수행되는 방법.
