Abstract

특히, 자동차 클러치용 클러치 다이어프램은 벨레빌레링을 형성하는 주변부(12)와, 방사상 슬롯(40)에 의해서 방사상 핑거(13)로 분리되는 중앙부로 구성되며, 이것은 각기 방사상 핑거(13)의 루트부의 공간에 있는 구멍(31)에서 종결된다. 국부적인 딤플(60)은 다이어프램의 벨레빌레 링에 형성되며, 각기 대응하는 구멍(31)중 하나와 일직선을 이룸으로써, 다이어프램 특성곡선의 돌출효과를 줄인다.

Claims (9)

  1. 슬롯에 의해 방사상 핑거(13)로 분리되는 중앙부와 함께, 벨레빌레 링(Belleville ring)을 형성하는 주변부와, 상기 방사상 핑거(13)의 루트부의 공간에서 상기 핑거와 교대로 형성된 구멍(31)과, 상기 구멍은 각기 대응하는 슬롯(40)의 하나에 대해 방사상 안쪽으로 개방되고, 각 방사상 핑거(13)는 다음의 핑거로부터 분리된 것을 포함하는 종류의 다이어프램형 클러치, 특히 자동차용 클러치 다이어프램에 있어서, 상기 다이어프램의 주변부(12)는 상기 구멍(31)중 적어도 몇개와 일직선, 국부적으로 축방향으로 돌출하는 반-돌출 변형부(antipeaking deformation)(60)를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반-돌출 변형부(60)는 장방향이며 대체로 원주방향으로 연장되며, 대응하는 상기 구멍(31)으로부터 방사상으로 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 반-돌출 변형부(60)는 대응하는 상기 구멍(31)의 원주방향 폭과 대략 동일한 원주방향 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  4. 상기 기재항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반-돌출변형부(60)는 주로 다이어프램 주변부(12) 중립라인의 방사상 안쪽에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  5. 상기 기재항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강립(50)으로 형성된 상기 핑거(13)에서, 상기 보강립(50)의 보강효과는 다이어프램의 주변부(12)에 보강립(50)과 일직선으로 형성된 국부적인 보강변형부(70)쪽으로 방사상 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강립(50)으로 형성된 상기 핑거(13)에서, 상기 보강립(50)은 다이어프램(11)의 주변부(12)에 형성된 국부적인 보강변형부(80)와 관련되며, 상기 각 국부적인 보강변형부(80)는 관련 보강립(50)의 방사상 대칭측의 양면상에서 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  7. 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 각 보강립(50)과, 각 반-돌출변형부(60) 및 각 보강변형부(70,80)는 2개의 뾰족 단부사이에 넓은 중앙부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 보강변형부(70,80)와 보강립(50)은 비대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 각 반-돌출변형부(60)는 대칭적인 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이어프램.
