Claims (5)
- 하나의 리임및 축을 갖는 디스크(12), 다수의 브레이드(14) 및 각 인접 브레이드쌍 사이의 금속 밀봉판(16)으로 이루어지는 회전자 집합체(10)에 있어서, 상기 리임이 루우트 슬롯수단을 구비하여, 상기 브레이드(14)의 각각이 상기 루우트 슬롯수단에 배치된 루우트(22)를 가지며, 상기 브레이드(14)가 상기 디스크(12)의 외주에 관하여 원주방향으로 균일하게 배치되며, 각 브레이드(14)가 상기 리임의 외부로 방사상으로 배치된 단(22)을 가지며, 각 단(22)이 제1 및 제2의 축방향으로 신장하는 모서리를 가지며, 각 단(22)의 상기 제1모서리는 그 사이에 좁은 간극을 형성하면서 인접 브레이드단의 제2모서리와 인접하여 정렬되며, 각 단(22)은 방사상으로 내부로 향하는 상기 제1모서리에 인접한 제1하면부와 상기 제2모서리에 인접한 제2하면부를 가지며, 각 브레이드(14)는 밀접 배치된 방사상으로 외부로 향하는 표면을 갖는 동시에 그 사이에 적어도 하나의 밀봉 슬롯을 형성하면서 각 브레이드(14)의 상기 제1하면부를 향하는 슬롯 형성수단을 구비하며, 상기 밀봉슬롯이 각 브레이드단(22)의 상기 제1모서리의 방향으로 향하는 한 개구부를 가지며, 상기단이 상기 밀봉슬롯에 인접한 러그(40)를 구비하는 동시에 상기 단(22)의 상기 제1하면부로 부터 방사상으로 내면으로 신장하며, 각 밀봉판이 대체로 상기 브레이드 쌍중 하나의 상기 제1하면부의 형태를 하고 있는 동시에 상기 제1하면부에 중첩하며, 상기 밀봉판 제1부가 상기 브레이드중 상기 하나의 상기 밀봉 슬롯내에 배치되는 동시에 상기 러그(40)가 관통하는 개구부(48)를 가지며, 상기 러그(40)가 상기 밀봉판 슬롯내에서 상기 밀봉판(16)을 유지하며, 상기 밀봉판(16)이 상기 제1모서리를 초과하여 신장하는 동시에 대체로 상기 브레이드쌍중 상기 다른 하나의 상기 브레이든 단(22)의 상기 제2하면부의 형태로 윤곽을 이루는 제2부를 가지며, 상기 유지된 밀봉판(16)이 상기 브레이드쌍의 상기 인접단 모서리 사이의 간극을 메워서 상기 밀봉판 제2부가 상기 브레이드쌍중 상기 다른 하나의 상기 단의 상기 제2부에 중첩되도록 하는 것을 특징으로하는 회전자 집합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 러그(40)의 높이가 상기 슬롯개구부(48)의 높이보다 큰것을 특징으로 하는 회전자 집합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯형성 수단이 한쌍의 축방향으로 배치된 밀봉슬롯을 형성하며 상기 러그(40)이 상기 밀봉슬롯쌍 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자 집합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉판(16) 각각이 방사상으로 내부로 만곡된 측부를 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 회전자 집합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯 형성수단이 한쌍의 축방향으로 배치된 탱(38)이며, 각 탱(38)이 상기 밀봉슬롯쌍중 하나를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자 집합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
