Abstract

제2도는 대상물이 탐지될 위치에 위치할 때 스캐너를 턴온할 목적으로 광학적 바코드 스캐너에 적용된 본 발명에 따른 투명한 용량성 근접 센서 도시도.
제3도는 제2도에 도시된 바코드 스캐너용 변형예의 센서 도시도.
제4도는 송신기와 사용자의 입사이의 거리를 감지하기 위해 전화 핸드셋용으로 본 발명에 따른 환형 용량성 근접 센서 도시도.
제5도는 제4도에서 도시된 용도를 위한 망 구조 전극을 사용하는 변형에의 용량성 근접 센서 도시도.
제6도는 제4도의 센서와 유사하지만, 수신기와 사용자의 귀사이의 거리에 의존하는 스피커폰 또는 통상의 핸드셋으로서 전화 핸드셋의 동작 모드를 제어하기 위해 배열되는 센서 도시도.

Claims (8)

  1. 감지 전극(11)과 상기 감지 전극으로부터 이격되어 감지 전극을 차폐하도록 형성된 가아드 전극(12)을 구비한 대상을 탐지용의 용량성 근접 센서에 있어서, 상기 감지 전극 및 상기 가아드 전극에 RF신호를 일제히 인가하는 수단(15,21,22) 및 상기 감지 전극에 상기 대상물이 근접함에 의해 야기되는 상기 감지 전극을 통해 흐르는 RF 전류를 변화로부터 제어 신호를 발생하는 수단(23,24,26,27)을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소스와 반사된 광선(41)이 통과하는 윈도우를 갖는 형상의 광학적 바코드 스캐너용으로 사용하기 위해 적용되는 센서에 있어서, 상기 감지 전극(31) 및 상기 가아드 전극(32)이 상기 광선을 투과시키고 상기 윈도우를 형성하는 투명한 절연층(33)에 의해 분리되고, 상기 센서는 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 소스광선을 턴 온 및 턴 오프하는 수단(40)을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 윈도우를 통해 소스 및 반사된 광선이 통과하는 윈도우를 갖는 형상의 광학적 바코드 캐너용으로 사용하기 위해 적용되는 센서에 있어서 상기 감지 전극(31) 상기 절연층(38) 및 상기 가아드 전극(39)이 상기 윈도우를 둘러싸는 프레임 형상이고 상기 센서는 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 광선을 턴 온 및 턴 오프하는 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 핸드셋 부위에서 사용자의 머리까지의 거리에 따라 전화 핸드셋(50)을 제어하도록 적용되는 센서에 있어서, 상기 감지 전극(52) 및 상기 가아드 전극(54)이 상기 핸드셋내에 합체되고, 상기 센서가 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 핸드셋 내의 오디어 신호의 진폭을 제어하는 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핸드셋의 송신기로부터 오디오 신호를 제어하도록 적용되는 센서에 있어서, 상기 감지 전극(52), 상기 가아드 전극(54) 및 그 사이에 끼워진 절연층(53)은 환형으로서 상기 전화 송신기를 에워싸도록 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핸드셋의 송신기로부터 오디어 신호를 제어하도록 적용된 센서에 있어서, 상기 감지 전극(76) 및 상기 가아드 전극(77)이 상기 송신기를 덮는 형상의도전성 망으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 핸드셋 내의 확성기(63)에서 사용자의 귀까지의 거리에 따라 통상의 핸드셋 또는 스피커폰으로서의 상기 전화 핸드셋(70)동작을 제어하도록 적용된 센서에있어서, 상기 감지 전극(60), 상기 가아드 전극 및 그 사이에 끼워넣은 절연층이 환형이고 상기 확성기를 둘러싸도록 위치되며, 상기 센서가 상기 제어 신호에 응답하여, 상기 핸드셋으로 하여금 상기 확성기가 사용자의 귀에 가까울 때는 통상적인 전화 핸드셋으로서 상기 핸드셋이 사용자의 귀에서 멀어질때는 스피커폰으로서 동작하게 하는 수단(64)을 또한 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, RF신호를 일제히 인가하는 상기 수단이 수동 RF브리지(22,25)이고, 변화를 발견하는 상기 수단이 상기 RF 브리지에 접속된 입력을 구비한 적분기(23,26,27)이고, RF신호를 인가하는 상기 수단에 접속된 제1입력과 상기 적분기의 출력에 접소된 제2입력을 구비한 동기 검출기(24)이며, 상기 제어 신호가 상기동기 검출기의 출력인 것을 부가적인 특징으로 하는 용량성 근접 센서.
