Abstract
본 발명은 무정류자 직류모터식 콤프레서를 탑재한 A,C전원용 냉장고를 제공하기 위한 것으로, A,C전원압력에 복권 감압트랜스(25)를 설치하되 일차측과 이차측을 전기적으로 절연시키며, 그 일자측에 제상히터(7,8)나 팬모터(9)등을 연결하고 그 이차측을 다단 전압탭으로 형성시키며, 그 출측에 냉동실 증발기(33)의 온도 써어미스터(4)의 저항 변화에 따라 절환되는 전압 절환스위치(23)와 정류전원회로(22)를 연결하고 그 출측에 무정류자 직류모터 제어장치(14)를 개재시킨 무정류자 D.C모터를 설치한 압축기를 연결하여서 된 것임.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 냉장고 구동장치의 실시예를 도시하는 회로구성도.
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 구동장치에 있어서 무정류자 직류모터 구동회로.
제3도는 냉동증발기 온도에 따른 속도제어 범위.
제4도는 운전속도에 따른 냉동속도.
제5도는 연속 운전제어에 따른 증발기 온도 변화.
제6도는 운전속도별 단속운전 제어시 온도변화 주기와 운전비.
Claims (3)
- A.C전원(110V,220V)용 냉장고에 있어서, A.C전원압력에 복권감압트랜스(25)를 설치하되 일차측과 이차측을 전기적으로 절연시키며, 그 일차측에 제상히터(7,8)나 팬모터(9)등을 연결하고, 그 이차측을 다단 전압탭으로 형성시키며, 그 출측에 냉동실 증발기(33)의 온도 써어미스터(4)의 저항 변호에 따라 절환되는 전압 절환스위치(23)와 정류 전원회로(22)를 연결하고 그 출측에 무정류자 직류모터 제어장치(14)를 개재시킨 무정류자 D.C모터를 설치한 압축기를 연결하여서된 것을 특징으로하는 무정류자 직류모터식 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무정류자 직류모터제어장치(14)는 회전자 위치검출센서(17)의 신호주파수를 입력하고 기준 주파수와 비교 논리신호를 출력하는 과부하 보호회로(30)와 냉동실 온도 위치(3)의 ON-OFF에 따라 A.C전원이 ON-OFF되는 입력(H₁,H₂)을 논리 로직 신호, 전압으로 전환 출력하는 운전제어회로(31)와 2상 논리제어회로(29)를 구비함을 특징으로하는 무정류자 직류 모터식 냉장고.
