Abstract

본 발명은 이미지 센서의 수광부로 이용되는 센서 IC의 제조상 이유에 의해 발생하는 감도이 불균일과 해상도 불량을 해소하는 것을 목적으로 하는 이미지 센서에 관한 것으로, 원고에서의 반사광을 수광하는 구광부를 구성하는 센서 IC의 양단에 위치하는 수광소자를 제외하고 다른 수광소자에 있어서 그 수광 영역 안측에 설치되어 있는 전극과 그 주변 부분에 구광 감도를 조정하기 위한 차광막을 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (9)

  1. (a) 상부에 개구를 갖는 본체 프레임, (b) 상기 본체 프레임 상부에 탑재되어 촬상 대상물을 실은 투명 커버, (c) 상기 본체 프레임 내에 수납되어 촬상 대상물에 투명 커버를 통해 빛을 조사하기 위한 발광부, 및 (d) 상기 본체 프레임내에 수납되어 집광 렌즈로 부터의 빛을 수광하여 전기 신호로 변환하며, 여러개의 수광소자로 구성된 센서 IC의 양단에 위치한 수광소자를 제외한 각 수광소자의 수광 영역의 거의 중앙부에 차광막을 형성하고, 각 수광소자의 수광량을 조절하는 수광부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상 대상물에 빛을 조사하여 그 반사광을 수광하여 촬상 대상물의 이미지를 전기 신호로 얻을수 있는 이미지 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차광막이 상기 수광 영역 안측에 설치된 전극과 그 주변부부인 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차광막이 알루미늄 증착에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 차광막이 알루미늄 증착에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미지 센서.
  5. (a) 상부에 개구를 갖는 본체 프레임 (b) 상기 본체 프레임 상부에 탑재되어 촬상 대상물을 실은 투명커버, (c) 상기 본체 프레임내에 수납되어 촬상 대상물을 투명 커버를 통해 빛을 조사하기 위한 발광부, (d) 상기 본체 프레임내에 수납되어 촬상 대상물에서의 반사광을 투명커버를 통해 입수하여 집광하는 집광렌즈, (e) 상기 본체 프레임내에 수납되어 집광렌즈에서의 빛을 수광하여 전기신호로 변환하여 복수의 수광소자로 구성된 센서IC를 복수 배열한 어레이이며 상기 센서 IC의 양단에 위치하는 수광소자를 제외한 각 수광소자의 수광 영역의 거의 중앙부에 차광막을 형성하여 각 수광 소자의 수광량을 조절하는 수광부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상 대상물에 빛을 조사하여 그 반사광을 수광하여 촬상 대상물의 이미지를 전기 신호로 얻을수 있는 이미지 센서를 포함하는 전자기기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 차광막이 상기 수광 영역 안측에 설치된 전극과 그 주변부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 차광막이 알루미늄 증착에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 차광막이 알루미늄 증착에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 전자기기가 팩시밀리 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기.
