Abstract

제2도 및 제3도는 피벗형 온버튼을 바깥쪽 및 안쪽위치에서 각각 도시한 회로차 단기박스의 정면부의 입면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 적어도 1개의 전류로를 개폐하기 위한 분리형접점에 작용하기 쉬운 트리거링 리세팅기구를 포함하고 있는 박스를 구비하고, 상기 박스는 박스의 외부에서 조작자가 이용할 수 있는 동시에 박스내부의 기구제어부와 협동하는 피벗형은 버튼 및 오프버튼용의 각 통과개구부가 형성되어 있는 정면을 지니고, 상기 각 버튼은 2개의 동작 위치간에 변위가능하도록 상기 박스에 장착되어 있으며 또 조작자의 손가락으로 누를 수 있는 누름면을 지니고 있는 회로차단기에 있어서, 회로차단기의 온버튼(14) 및 오프버튼(13)은 박스(10)에 피벗가능하게 장착되고, 각 버튼의 누름면은 유니크하고 또 피벗거전(21)이 부근에 위치된 변위량이 적은 제1단부(20a)와 변위량이 큰 제2단부(20b)에 의해 그 범위가 정해져 있으며, 상기 기구는, 적어도 온위치에 있어서, 오프버튼의 온버튼에 대한 제2단 부의 정면돌출시의 높이차를 발생하기 위하여 버튼의 피벗아암에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름면(20)의 제1단부(20a) 및 거전(21)은, 각 버튼의 양 동착위치에 있어서 상기 제1단부에 의해 박스(10)의 정면(17)과 관련된 제1표시수단(32)을 교대로 노출, 은폐시킬 수 있도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1표시수단(32)은 거전(21)의 표면의 단부에 의해 지지되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 버튼의 누름면(20)의 제1단부(20a)는 경사에지(22)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버튼은, 누름면(20)의 적어도 하나의 에지 및 그 누름면의 반대쪽면에, 박스(10)의 정면(17)에 대해서 적용될 수 있는 스톱면(33,34)을 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 버튼은, 상기 정면(17)에 수직인 박스의 측면(18a)의 레벨에 대략 위치된 축(X)을 중심으로 선회되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버튼의 형상은, 박스의 앞쪽으로 개구부안으로 자유롭게 삽입될 수 있도록 되어 있고, 상기 버튼은, 예기치 않게 빠져버리는 것을 방지하는 유지용 스토퍼(30)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버튼은, 누름면(20)의 제2단부(20b)의 반대쪽면에, 기구를 작동시키기 위한 아암(27)을 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 피벗형 온버튼(14)은, 누름면(20)의 제2단부(20b)근방에, 톡을 통과시키기 위한 수평축상의 개구부(31)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 록을 통과시키기 위한 개구부(31)는, 온버튼내에 가동가능하게 수용되어 눈에 띄지 않는 위치 및 바깥쪽 로킹위치를 취하는 동시에 그의 바깥쪽 위치에서는 박스의 정면(17)에 대해서 적용될 수 있는 풀(50)의 넓은 부(51)에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각 버튼은 표시창(26)을 지니고 있고, 상기 박스(10)는 각 버튼이 안쪽동작위치에 위치될 경우 상기 버튼의 창을 통해 교대로 볼 수 있는 제2표시수단(25)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2표시수단(25)은 버튼의 선회시 버튼에 안내면을 제공하는 고정부재(39)에 의해 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  13. 적어도 1개의 전류로를 개폐하기 위한 분리형접점에 작용하기 쉬운 트리거링·리세팅기구를 포함하고 있는 박스를 구비하고, 상기 박스는 박스의 외부에서 조작자가 이용할 수 있는 동시에 박스내부의 기구제어부와 협동하는 피벗형온버튼 및 오프버튼용의 각 통과개구부가 형성되어 있는 정면을 지니고, 상기 각 버튼은 2개의 동작위치간에 변위가능하도록 상기 박스에 장착되어 있으며, 또 조직자의 손가락으로 누를 수 있는 누름면을 지니고 있는 회로차단기에 있어서, 회로차단기의 온 버튼(14) 및 오프버튼(13)은 박스(10)에 피벗가능하게 장착되고, 각 버튼의 누름면은 유니크하고, 또 피벗거전(21)이 부근에 위치된 변위량이 적은 제1단부(20a)와 변위량이 큰 제2단부(20b)에 의해 그 범위가 정해져 있으며, 상기 누름면(20)의 제1단부(20a) 및 거전(21)은, 각 버튼의 양 동작위치에 있어서 상기 제1단부에 의해 박스(10)의 정면(17)과 관련된 제1표시수단(32)을 교대로 노출,은폐시킬 수 있도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
