Abstract

가스 터어빈(10)에 사용되는 다수의 연소기(14)는 예비혼합관(46)의 하류에 위치한 단일 연소 영역(70)으로 유입하기 전에 예비혼합 연료와 혼합시키기 위해 개작된 예비혼합관(46)내에 위치한 다수의 예비혼합 연료 분배관(66)과 연통하는 예비혼합관 통로(60)과 확산 통로(74)를 각각 구비하고, 연소기의 종축둘레에 배열된 다수의 연료 노즐(32)와 단일 연소 영역(70)을 각각 포함한다.

제3도는 제2도에 도시한 노즐의 방출 단부 또는 전방단부의 확대 상세도.

Claims (10)

  1. 예비혼합관의 하류에 위치한 다일 연소 영역으로 유입되기 전에 예비혼합 연료와 연소 공기를 혼합시키기 위해 개작된 개통 예비혼합관내에 위치한 다수의 예비혼합 연료 분배관과 연통하는 예비혼합 통로와 확산 통로를 각각 구비하고, 연소기의 종축둘레에 배열된 다수의 연료 노즐과, 단일 연소 영역을 각각 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 노즐은 공기 통로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비혼합 연료 분배 관은 상기 예비혼합 가스 통로에서 이격되어 방사상으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  4. 제3항에서 있어서, 상기 확산 가스 통로는 상기 예비혼합 연료 분배 관의 하류에 있는 상기 연료 노즐의 최전방 방출 단부에서 종결하지만 상기 예비혼합관내에 위치하며, 상기 다수의 방사상으로 연장하는 예비혼합 연료 분배관은 상기 최전방 단부의 상류에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 공기 선회기는 상기 방사상으로 연장하는 예비혼합 연료 분배관의 상류에 있는 상기 예비혼합관과 상기 연료 노즐 사이에 방사상으로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 노즐은 상기 연소 영역으로 물을 방출시키기 위한 물 통로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 노즐은 상기 연소기의 상기 종촉둘레에 원형배열로 배열된 다섯개의 노즐로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 연소기는 연소기 케이싱과,흐름 슬리이브, 및 서로에 대하여 동심적으로 장착된 라이너를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 예비혼합관은 흐름 슬리이브의 상류 단부에 고정된 캡 조립체내에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
  10. 개방 전방단부와, 후방단부에 고정된 단부 커버 조립체를 갖는 연소기 케이싱과; 상기 케이싱내에 장착된 흐름 슬리이브와; 상기 케이싱에 고정되고, 상기 단부 커버 조립체에 축방향으로 이격되도록 위치된 슬리이브 캡 조립체와; 전방단부와, 상기 슬리이브 캡 조립체에 고정된 후방단부를 갖는 연소 라이너와; 확산 가스 연료 통로와 예비혼합 가스 연료 통로를 각각 구비하고, 상기 단부 커버 조립체에서 상기 슬리이브 캡 조립체를 관통하여 연장하는 다수의 연료 노즐 조립체와; 다수의 예비혼합 가스 분배관을 구비한 상기 연료 노즐 조립체의 대응 전방부를 각각 둘러싸고, 상기 슬리이브 캡 조립체에 고정된 다수의 예비혼합관; 및 공기가 상류에 있는 상기 예비혼합관을 통하여 하류방향으로 흐르고, 상기 예비혼합 가스 분배관을 지나서 상기 예비혼합관의 상기 라이너 하류에 있는 연소영역으로 흐르는 것을 인가하는 흐름 통로 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 터어빈용 연소기.
