Abstract
본 발명은 온도 및 불완전 연소생성물을 동시에 제어하면서 소각로를 조작하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
소각로에서, 연료는 가연성 폐기물과 분리하여 소각로내에 공급되며, 산소요구량의 증가시에, 초기에 소각로 내에 공급되는 산소를 비례적으로 증가시키는 것을 억제하고, 연료의 흐름을 감소시킴으로써 연소의 생성물의 발생을 제어한다.
산소흐름은 연료유속이 예정된 최소수준까지 감소할때 증가한다.

Claims (5)
- (A)최소 주연료 유속보다 큰 유속으로 소각로내에 연료의 주흐름을 공급하고, (B)소각로내에 가연성 폐기물을 공급하고, (C)소각로로부터의 배출물중 산소의 바람직한 농도를 유지시키기에 충분한 유속으로 소각로내에 산소를 공급하여, 소각로내에서 연소를 수행하고, (D)소각로로부터 배출물을 모니터하여, 소각로내의 산소요구량의 증가시에, 소각로내로의 주연료의 유속을 감소시켜서, 바람직한 농도로 배출물중의 산소농도를 유지시키고, 안정된 연소로부터, 또는 주연료 유속이 최소 주연료 유속가지 감소될때가지, 전체 열 방출속도를 유지시키고, (E)최소 주연료 유속까지의 주연료 유속의 감소시에, 소각로내로의 산소유속을 증가시켜서, 배출물중의 산소농도를 바람직한 농도로 회복시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 온도 및 불완전 연소생성물을 동시에 제어하기 위해 소각로를 조작하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배출물중의 바람직한 산소농도가 2%이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (D)동안 소각로내로의 산소유속이 증가하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (A)최소 주연료 유속보다 큰 유속으로 소각로내에 연료의 주흐름을 공급하고, (B)소각로내에 가연성 폐기물을 공급하고, (C)소각로로부터의 배출물중의 산소의 바람직한 농도를 유지시키기에 충분한 유속으로 소각로 내에 산소를 공급하여, 소각로내에서 연소를 수행하고, (D)소각로로부터 배출물을 모니터하여, 바람직한 농도이상까지 배출물중의 가연물 농도의 증가시에, 소각로내의 주연료의 유속을 감소시켜서 바람직한 농도로 배출물중의 가연물 농도를 회복시키고, 안정된 연소로부터, 또는 주연료 유속의 최소 주연료 유속까지 감소될때까지, 전체 열방출 속도를 유지시키고; (E)최소 주연료 유속까지의 주연료 유속의 감소시에, 소각로내로의 산소유속을 증가시켜서, 배출물중의 산소농도를 바람직한 농도로 회복시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 온도 및 불완전 연소생성물을 동시에 제어하기 위해 소각로를 조작하는 방법.
