Abstract

본 발명은 강글리오사이드 GD3 및 GQ1b와 특이적으로 반응하는, 고도의 화합력을 갖는 모노클로날 항체 및 흑색종 및 GD3 및 GQ1b를 발현하는 기타 종양 또는 조직을 검출하기 위한 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하이브리도마 2121(DSM ACC 2036).
  2. 하이브리도마 2121(DSM ACC 2036)로부터 유도된 모노클로날 항체 B 2121.
  3. 제2항의 모노클로날 항체에 의해 인지되는 에피토프에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 일부.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 강글리오사이드 GD3 및 GQ1b에 특이적으로 결합하는 모노클로날 항체.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 키메릭, 인체화, 이특이적이거나 올리고 특이적인, 바람직하게는 인체화된 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 일부.
  6. 면역경쟁성 포유동물을 GD3 및/또는 GQ1b를 함유하는 면역원으로 면역화시키고, GD3 및/또는 GQ1b에 대해 특이적인 하이브리도마를 분리함을 특징으로 하여, 제3항 내지 제5항중 하나 이상에서 정의한 모노클로날 항체를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제2항 내지 제5항중 하나 이상에서 정의한 모노클로날항체를 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 흑색종 및 GD3 및 GQ1b를 발현하는 기타 종양 또는 조직을 검출하는 방법.
  8. 제2항 내지 제5항중 하나 이상에서 정의한 모노클로날항체 하나 이상을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  9. 제2항 내지 제5항중 하나 이상에서 정의한 모노클로날항체 하나 이상을 함유하는 진단제.
  10. 흑색종 및 GD3 및 GQ1b를 발현하는 기타 종양 또는 조직을 검출하기 위한, 제2항 내지 제5항중 하나 이상에서 정의한 모노클로날 항체의 용도.
