항-퓨코실세르아미드 모노클로날 항체
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 중성 당지질 분획을 염색시킨 TLC 양상 및 퓨코실세르아미드(Fue-Cer)를 모노클로날 항체 PC47H로 면역 염색시킨 TLC양상을 나나탠 것이다.
제2도는 Fuc-Cer, Gal-Cer, 및 Glc-Cer와 모노클로날 항체 PC47H를 교차반응 분석한 결과이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 퓨코실세르아미드를 특이적으로 인식하는 모노클로날 항체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 모노클로날 항체가, a)Ig 분류에서 IgM에 속하고, b) 폐암, 위암, 결장암 및 췌장암에서 분리한 세포주와 반응성을 지니며, c) 정상 말초혈 림프구, 정상 적혈구 및 정상 섬유아세포와는 반응하지 않고, d) 백혈병, 간암, 유방암 및 신경아세포 종에서 분리한 세포주와는 반응하지 않는 특성을 지니는 모노클로날 항체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, PC47H인 모노클로날 항체.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항의 모노클로날 항체를 생성하는 능력을 지닌 하이브리도마.
  5. 사람의 췌장암에서 추출한 중성 당지질 분획으로 동물을 면역시키고, 동물 세포와 골수종 세포를 융합시켜 하이브리도마를 생성시킨 후, 하이브리도마를 클론화 시키고, 퓨코실세르아미드를 특이적으로 인식하는 모노클로날 항체를 생성하는 클론을 선별한 후, 모노클로날 항체를 분리함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항, 2항 또는 3항의 모노클로날 항체를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 활성성분으로서 제1항, 2항 또는 3항으로 모노클로날 항체를 함유하는 암 진단용 진단제(diagnosticaid).
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 암이 폐암, 위암, 결장암 및 췌장암인 진단제.
  8. mab PC47H를 생성하는 하이브리도마 세포주 FERM BP-2557.
