Abstract
본 발명은 장기간 몰에 노출 후 분해되어지는 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드 조성물들 및 물품들을 제공한다. 본 발명의 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드 조성물은 폴리아미드; 및 다음 일반식 Ⅰ의 옥살레이트 및 다음 일반식 Ⅱ의 글리콜라이드로부터 선택된 에스트르로 구성된다.
상기 일반식들에서, R1과 R2는 수소 및 C1-C20알킬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 동일한 또는 상이한 라디칼들임.

Claims (20)
- (a)80-99.99Wt%의 폴리아미드; 및 (b)0.01-20Wt%의, 다음 일반식 Ⅰ의 옥살레이트 또는 다음 일반식 Ⅱ의 글리콜라이드로부터 선택된 에스테르로 구성되는 가수 분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.상기 일반식들에서, R1과 R2는 수소 및 C1-C20알킬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 동일한 또는 상이한 라디칼들임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 대칭성이며 에스테르는 옥살레이트인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 에스테르가 디부틸 옥실레이트인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 나일론 6/6이고 에스테르는 옥살레이트 또는 옥살레이트와 알칸디올의 중합체인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에스테르가 디부틸 옥살레이트인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 단일방향성이며 에스테르는 글리콜라이드인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 에스테르가 디부틸글리콜라이드인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 나일론 6인 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- 디메틸 옥살레이트, 디메틸 아디페이트 및 헥사메틸렌디아민의 불규칙 공중합체로 구성되는 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.
- (a)80-99.99Wt%의 락탐과 (b)0.01-20Wt%의 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)글리콜라이드의 불규칙 공중합체로 구성되는 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드.상기 일반식들에서, R1과 R2는 수소 및 C1-C20알킬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 동일한 또는 상이한 라디칼들임.
- 폴리아미드; 및 폴리아미드 기준으로 0.01-20Wt%의, 상기 폴리아미드가 가수분해적으로 불안정하도록 상기 폴리아미드내에 효과적으로 도입되는, 다음 일반식의 화합물들로부터 선택된 하나이상의 알킬 에스테르들을 함유하는 생분해성 물품.상기 일반식들에서, R1과 R2는 수소 및 C1-C4알킬로 부터 선택된 동일한 또는 상이한 라디칼들이고; R3는 수소 및 C1-C20알킬로부터 선택되며; n은 1-10이고; m은 2-6이며; X는 중합체 분자량에 따라 변하는 값임.
- 제11항에 있어서, 알킬 에스테르가 0.05-5Wt%의 양으로 폴리아미드내에 도입된 것인 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리아미드는 단일방향성 나일론이고 알킬 에스테르는 일반식 Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ및 Ⅴ의 화합물들로부터 선택된 것인 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서, 단일방향성 나일론이 나일론 6이고 알킬 에스테르는 폴리카프로팍톤 및 폴리-3-히드록시부티레이트로부터 선택된 것인 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드가 카프로락탐과 일반식 Ⅲ 및 Ⅴ의 화합물들로부터 선택된 알칼에스테르의 공중합체인 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 낚시줄, 그물, 필름 또는 생물학적 이식구인 물품.
- 청구범위 제1항의 조성물로 이루어진 낚시줄, 그물, 필름 또는 생물학적 이식구.
- 지르코늄 아세틸아세트네이트 촉매 존재하에서 성분들을 용융 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 청구범위 1항의 조성물 또는 청구범위 11항의 물품을 제조하는 방법.
- 광화학적 활성물질을 더 포함하는 청구범위 1항의 가수분해적으로 불안정한 폴리아미드 또는 청구범위 11항의 생분해성 물품.
