Abstract
이산화탄소, 물 및 커피 향기로 이루어진 서리와 또는 서리에 존재하는 이산화탄소의 승화후 수득된 향기로 충진된 잔존 수성상과 접촉될 커피 오일은 미리 여과되고 여과 공정중 오일의 온도는 30℃이하이다. 이 여과 공정으로 인해, 오일 및 서리에 존재하는 수성상에 의해 형성된 에멀션의 안정성에 기여하는 화합물은 제거된다. 이렇게 해서 용이하게 경사분리되는 에멀션이 수득된다.

Claims (3)
- 이산화탄소, 물 및 커피 향기로 이루어진 서리와 또는 서리에 존재하는 이산화탄소의 승화후 수득된 향기로 충진된 잔존 수성 상과 접촉될 커피 오일의 처리법에 있어서 커피 오일을 미리 여과하고 오일 온도가 여과 공정중 30℃이하임을 특징으로 하는 처리법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리될 오일이 그 위에 예비 층을 형성하는 여과면 6을 통과하며 처리된 오일만이 맑아지면 수거되는 처리법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 여과면의 공극 크기가 15∼5 미크론인 처리법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
