Abstract
본 발명은 콘크리트 폼 조립체에 사용하기 위한 차량 고강도 빔 부재에 관한 것이다. 시트 재료는 사다리꼴 횡단면을 갖는 중공 빔으로 롤-형성된다. 조립시에는, 다수의 빔 부재는 평행 이격 관계로 지지 금속 콘크리트 형성 구조물에 부착된다. 시팅 또는 덱킹은 빔 부재의 상부 섹션을 관통하는 수동 구동 못에의해 다수의 빔 부재에 부착된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 다수의 상호 연결 빔 부재는 수평 플로어 섹션이 부어지는 덱킹을 지지하는 금속 콘크리트 폼 조립체의 측면도, 제3도는 빔 부재의 사시도, 제4도는 빔 부재의 평면도, 제5도는 빔 부재의 측면도, 제6도는 빔 부재의 하면도, 제8도는 제4도의 8-8선에 따른 빔 부재의 횡단면도.
Claims (13)
- 콘크리트 형성 장치에 사용하기 위한 사다리꼴 횡단면을 갖는 빔 부재에 있어서, 상부 섹션과, 상기 상부섹션과 길이가 같고 폭이 더 넓은 하부 섹션과, 상기 상부 섹션 및 하부 섹션과 길이가 같고 균일한 폭의 한쌍의 웨브 섹션을 포함하며,상기 하부 섹션은 사우 섹션의 아래에 중심 설정되고 상부 섹션에 평행하도록 대응 인접에지를 따라 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 섹션을 콘크리트 형성 장치에 착탈 가능하게 부착하기 위해 상기 하부 섹션에 형성된 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착탈가능 부착 수단은 다수의 애퍼쳐를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 빔 부재의 내부로 사용자가 손을 접근할 수 있는 통로를 위해 웨브 섹션내에 형성된 다수의 애퍼쳐를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 애퍼쳐 각각과 경계를 이루는 내부로 만곡된 플랜지를그러나 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 애퍼쳐와 플랜지는 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및 하부 섹션은 장방형인 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트 재료는 약 0.89㎜(0.035인치)와 약 2.54㎜(0.10인치)사이의 두께의 고장력강인 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상부 섹션은 폭이 약 31.75㎜(1¼인치)와 약 76.2㎜(3인사이이고, 상기 하부섹션은 폭이 약 76.2㎜(3인치)와 약 152.4㎜(6인치)사이이며, 상기 상부 및 하부 섹션은 약 76.2㎜(3인치)와 약 177.8㎜(7인치)사이의 거리로 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 하부 섹션과 상기 웨브 섹션 사이의 각도는 약 70도와 80도 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 형상 장치는 콘크리트 섹션을 형성하기 위한 시팅을 포함하고, 상기 시팅은 하나이상의 못에 의해 상기 상부 섹션에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 섹션은 벽 또는 플로어 섹션인 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.
- 콘크리트 형상 장치에 사용하기 위한 시트재료로 형성된 빔 부재에 있어서, 균일한 폭의 평면 상부 섹션과, 균일한 폭이 상기 상부 섹션보다 크고, 길이가 상부 섹션과 같으며, 상기 상부 섹션 아래의 균일한 거리에서 횡방향으로 중심 설정된 평면 하부 섹션과, 대응 종방향 에지를 따라서 상부 섹션과 하부 섹션을 상호 연결하는 한쌍의 웨브 섹션과, 상기 빔 부재의 내부로 사용자가 손을 접근하기 위한 웨브 섹션내에 형성된 다수의 애피쳐와, 상기 애퍼쳐의 각각과 경계를 이루는 내부로 만곡된 플랜지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 빔 부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
