Abstract

Claims (9)

  1. 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구에 있어서, 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 부착된 다이아몬드 팁을 구비하고, 상기 다이아몬드 팁은 서로 대향해 있는 제1 및 제2 주 표면들을 갖는 단결정 다이아몬드 칩이고, 상기주 표면들은 그 대향 날들 사이에 절삭 날을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 다이아몬드 팁은 최대 내마모성을 갖는 결정 격자가 상기 절삭 날과 평행하도록 방위 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,상기 절삭 날은 약 15도 이하의 여유각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 한쪽 단부에 요홈을 포함하고, 상기 다이아몬드 팁은 상기 요홈에서 상기 몸체에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 종방향 축을 갖는 장방형인 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 팁은 최대 내마모성을 갖는 결정 격자가 상기 절삭 날과 평행하도록 방위 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다이아몬드 팁은 경사를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 경사는 상기 주 표면에 관하여 +5도 내지 -35도인 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 절삭 날은 약15도 이하의 여유각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이원 광학 요소들의 제조에 사용하기 위한 공구.
