Abstract

광섬유 케이블(20)은 광섬유(24)의 다수의 묶음(31)과, 광섬유에 대해 진동 또는 일정 방향 레이로 랩된 강한 얀형 부재 시스템(35)을 포함한 코어(22)를 포함한다. 또한, 강한 부재 시스템에는 광섬유용 충격력이 제공된다. 내화성 플라스틱재를 포함할 수 있는 자켓(40)은 자켓의 외부 직경이 광섬유 케이블보다 작게 되어 있는 코어로 에워싸인다. 강한 부재 시스템 부분은 자켓의 내부 표면과 접촉하며, 자켓의 외부 표면은 케이블의 외부 표면이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 다수의 종방향으로 연장한 광섬유를 포함한 코어를 구비한 광섬유 케이블에 있어서, 상기 코어에 의해 에워싸여지고, 플라스틱 재료로 구성되며, 그리고 상기 케이블의 외부 표면인 외부 외주연 표면을 가진 자켓과, 얀형 재료로 구성되며, 강한 부재 시스템의 일부와 상기 자켓의 내부 표면이 맞물린 상기 자켓의 내부 표면과 광섬유 사이에 배치된 강한 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 다수의 광섬유 묶음을 포함하며, 각각의 묶음은 각각의 다수의 광섬유와 관련되고 이와 랩된 바인더 시스템에 의해 함께 고정된 다수의 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 묶음이 진동 레이로 함께 꼬여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 묶음이 일정 방향 레이로 함께 꼬여있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자켓이 상기 코어상에 튜브된 플라스틱 재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강한 부재 시스템의 얀형 재료의 레이가 진동 레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강한 부재 시스템의 얀형 재료의 레이가 일정 방향 레이인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어에서 광섬유의 횡단면 영역과 상기 자켓의 내부 직경에 의해 형성된 횡단면 영역의 합의 비율이 비교적 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강한 부재 시스템의 레이가 상기 광섬유게 접근하기에 충분히 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 얀형 재료가 아미드재인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
