Abstract

본 발명은, Ⅰ) 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크의 내부를, a) 실온에서 액체이고, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 부터 제조되며, 이 소시아네이트 함량이 10중량% 이상인, 비우레트, 이소시아누레이트, 우레트디온 및(또는)알로파네이트기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 및 b) 이소시아네이트기에 대해 불활성인, 코팅 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 5중량%의 폴리이소시아네이트용 유기 용매를 함유하고, 23℃에서의 점도가 60 내지 2,500mpa.s인 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물로 코팅시키고 Ⅱ) 이 코팅을 수분의 영향하에 경화시킴으로써 액체 탄화수소 저장용 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크의 내부를 코팅시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 상기 방법으로 제조된 액체 탄화수소 구체적으로, 가솔린 또는 디이젤 연료 저장용의 코팅된 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. Ⅰ) 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크의 내부를, a) 실온에서 액체이고, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되되며, 이소시아네이트 함량이 10중량% 이상인, 비우레트, 이소시아누레이트, 우레트디온 또는 알로파네이트기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 및 b) 이소시아네이트기에 대해 불활성인, 코팅 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 5중량%의 폴리이소시아네이트용 유기 용매로 이루어지고, 23℃에서의 점도가 60 내지 2,500mpa.s인 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물로 코팅시키고, Ⅱ) 이 코팅을 수분의 영향하에 경화시키는 것으로 이루어진 액체 탄화수소 저장용 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크의 내부 코팅 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 연료 탱크인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물의 23℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 1,000mpa.s인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물의 23℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 1,000mpa.s인 방법.
  5. 탱크의 내부가, a) 실온에서 액체이고, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로부터 제조되며, 이 소시아네이트 함량이 10중량% 이상인, 비우레트, 이소시아누레이트, 우레트디온 및(또는)알로파네이트기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 및 b) 이소시아네이트기에 대해 불활성인, 코팅 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 0 내지 5중량%의 폴리이소시아네이트용 유기 용매로 이루어지고, 23℃에서의 점도가 60 내지 2,500mpa.s인 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물로 코팅되어 있는 액체 탄화수소 저장용 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크가 연료 탱크인 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물의 23℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 1,000mpa.s인 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물의 23℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 1,000mpa.s인 폴리올레핀 플라스틱 탱크.
