Abstract
본 발명은 열경화성 수지 및 반응성 희석제의 30-95% 고체 용액을 포함하는 코팅가능한 열경화성 결합제 선구물질 용액에 관한 것이다. 상기 반응성 희석제는 우레아 유도체, 알킬치환된 2-아미노알콜, β-케토알킬아미드, 니트로알칸, 및 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민에서 선택될 수 있으며, 상기 수지의 메틸올기 또는 알데히드와 각각 반응성인 적어도 하나의 작용기를 가진다. 상기 열경화성 수지는 수지의 총 중량의 50%이하의 에틸렌 형 불포화 단량체를 포함할 수 있다. 또한 연마 제품의 제조방법도 제시한다.

제1도와 제2도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된, 코팅된 연마제에 대한 확대 단면도이다, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 부직 연마 제품을 대략 100배 확대한 확대 개략도이다.
Claims (43)
- 하기 (a) 및 (b)의 조합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅가능한 열경화성 결합제 선구물질 용액: (a) 다수의 측쇄 메틸올기를 갖는 열경화성 수지의 30-95% 고체 용액, 용액의 나머지는 물이며; (b) 반응성 희석제, 이때, 상기 열경화성 수지는 비알데히드 및 알데히드의 반응 생성물이며, 상기 비알데히드는 우레아계 및 페놀계로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 반응성 희석제는 상기 측쇄 메틸올기 또는 상기 알데히드와 각각 반응성인 적어도 하나의 작용기를 가지며, 하기 A) 내지 D)로 구성된 것으로 부터 선택된다: A) 일반식으로 표현되는 화합물 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 화합물: (이때, X=O 또는 S임, Y=NR3R4또는 -OR5이며, X=S일때 Y=NR3R4이며, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5각각은 수소 C1-C10알킬기, 하나이상의 히드록실기를 R2,R3,R4및 R5각각은 수소, C1-C|10알킬기, 하나이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 C2-C4히드록시알킬기, 하나이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 히드록시폴리알킬렌옥시기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1가 라디칼이며, 단, (i) 상기 화합물은 적어도 하나의 -NH 및 하나의 -OH기 또는 적어도 두개의 -OH기 또는 적어도 두개의 -NH기를 함유하며; (ⅱ) R1및 R2또는 R1및 R3는 결합되어 고리 구조를 형성할 수 있으며; (ⅲ) R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 동시에 모두 수소는 아니다); B) 분자량이 300이하이며, 알킬치환된 2-아미노알콜, β-케토알킬아미드 및 니트로 알칸으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물; C) 90 내지 300범위내의 분자량을 갖는 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민; 및 D) 90 내지 1000범위내의 분자량을 갖는 폴리(옥시알킬렌)우레이도 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비알데히드가 페놀이고, 상기 알데히드가 포름알데히드인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지가 노블락, 레졸 및 레졸화 노블락수지로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 페놀 수지인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄 메틸올기와 반응성인 상기 적어도 하나의 작용기가 -NH-기인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 300이하의 분자량을 갖는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 600이하의 분자량을 갖는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 300이하의 분자량을 갖는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 페놀 수지가 레졸인 것을 부가의 특징을 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생성된 용액이 영구히 유백색 외형이 되기에 충분한 양의 물을 포함하는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지 및 상기 반응성 희석제가 1:1 내지 100:1 범위의 중량비로 존재하는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지 및 상기 반응성 희석제가 2:1 내지 100:1 범위의 중량비로 존재하는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 연마 입자를 부가로 포함하는 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, R12-히드록시에틸이고, R2및R3가 결합되어 에틸렌 브리지를 형성하며, R4가 수소인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 0이고, T가 NR3R4이고, R1및 R3는 수소이고, R2는 부틸이고, R4는 히드록시에틸인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 0이고, Y가 NR3R4이고, R1및 R3는 수소이고, R2는 에틸이고, R4는 부틸인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 화합무를 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액:상기 식에서, R6은 C1-C4알킬기이고, n 및 m은 0 내지 20의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 화합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액:상기 식에서, x는 2 내지 20의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 화합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액:상기 식에서, a, b 및 c는 정수이고, a 및 c의 합은 1 내지 5이고, b는 0 내지 20이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 화합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 용액:상기 식에서, m, n 및 o는 0이상의 정수이며, m, n 및 o의 합은 5 내지 30이며, A는 트리올 개시제이다.
- 제1항의 용액의 경화물.
- 하기 (a) 및 (b)의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅가능한 열경화성 결합제 선구물질 용액으로 형성된 결합제내에 분산되고 접착된 다수의 연마 그레인을 포함하는 연마 제품: (a) 다수의 측쇄 메틸올기를 갖는 열경화성 수지의 30-95% 고체 용액, 용액의 나머지는 물이며; (b) 반응성 희석제, 이때, 상기 열경화성 수지는 비알데히드 및 알데히드의 반응 생성물이며, 상기 비알데히드는 우레아계 및 페놀계로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 반응성 희석제는 상기 측쇄 메틸올기 또는 상기 알데히드와 각각 반응성인 적어도 하나의 작용기를 가지며, 하기 A) 내지 D)로 구성된 것으로 부터 선택된다: A) 일반식으로 표현되는 화합물 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 A) 일반식 R1-N-C-Y으로 표현되는 화합물 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물: (이때, X=O 또는 S이며, Y=-NR3R4또는 -OR5이며, X=S일때 Y=NR3R4이며, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5각각은 수소 C1-C10알킬기, 하나이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 C2-C4히드록시알킬기, 하나이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 히드록시폴리알킬렌 옥시기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1가 라디칼이며, 단, (i) 상기 화합물은 적어도 하나의 -NH 및 하나의 -OH기 또는 적어도 두개의 -OH기 또는 적어도 두개의 -NH기를 함유하며; (ⅱ) R1및 R2또는 R1및 R3는 결합되어 고리 구조를 형성할 수 있으며; (ⅲ) R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 동시에 모두 수소는 아니다); B) 분자량이 300이하이며, 알킬치환된 2-아미노알콜, β-케토알킬아미드 및 니트로 알칸으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물; C) 90 내지 1000범위내의 분자량을 갖는 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민(단, 상기 연마 제품이 부직 연마 물질일때, 상기 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민의 분자량은 300이하이다); 및
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 비알데히드가 페놀이고, 상기 알데히드가 포름알데히드인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄 메틸올기와 반응성인 상기 작용기가 -NH-기인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- 제 22항에 있어서, X가 0이고, Y가 NR3R4이고, R1이 2-히드록시에틸이고, R2및 R3가 결합되어 에틸렌브리지를 형성하며, R4가 수소인 것을 부자의 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.
- 제 22항에 있어서, X가 0이고, Y가 NR3R4이고, R1및 R3는 수소이고, R2는 부틸이고, R4는 히드록시에틸인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 연마 제품.

- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 반응성 희석제가 하기 일반식으로 표현되는 화합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 폴리(옥시알킬렌)아민인 것을 부가의 특징으로 하는 연마 제품:상기 식에서, R6는 C1-C4알킬기이고, n 및 m은 0 내지 20의 정수이다.
