Abstract

본 발명은 불화탄화수소 및 5~25중량%의 내화성 섬유로 구성된 비부착성 코팅 조성물을 개시한다. 이 조성물은 바람직하기로는 섬유가 분산되고 불화탄소가 분산되는 액체 매질을 함유하는 것이다. 이 조성물은 기재에 적용된 후, 액체매질은 날려보내고 불화 탄소수지는 경화된다.

Claims (14)

1종 이상의 불화탄소와 섬유로 구성된 비부착성 코팅용 코팅조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 섬유가 내화 섬유이며 최종 건조코팅에 대하여 5~25중량% 함유하는 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이 조성물이 액체 매질이 포함되며 불화탄소 섬유가 액체 매질에 분산된 조성물.
전술한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드와 같은 바인더를 함유하는 조성물.
전술한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불화탄소가 최종 건조 코팅에 대하여 40~90중량%, 바람직하기로는 60~70% 함유하는 조성물.
제3항 내지 5항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 액체 매질이 코팅 조제 100g에 대하여 40~60g, 바람직하기로는 50~55g 존재하는 조성물.
전술한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내화 섬유가 알루미나 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 또는 유리섬유이고, 그의 직경이 1~20㎛이고, 길이가 70~150㎛인 조성물.
전술한 어느한 항에 있어서, 불화탄소가 PTEE(폴리에틸렌 플루오로에틸렌) 및 (또는) FEP(불소화에틸렌프로필렌) 및 (또는)PFA(퍼플루오로알콕시)인 조성물.
제3 내지 8항의 어느항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물, 크실렌, 톨루엔, MNP(N-메틸피롤리돈), DMF(디메틸포름아미드), 글리콜 및 알코올로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 혼합물인 것이 특징인 조성물.
액체 매질에 내화섬유를 분산시키고 불화탄소를 분산시켜 습윤 코팅 조성물을 제조하고, 이 습윤 조성물을 기재에 적용시키고, 액체 매질을 제거하여 건조코팅으로 한후, 경화 코팅을 얻기위하여 상기 코팅을 고온에서 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 비부착성 코팅방법.
제10항에 있어서, 건조과정을 20~100℃의 온도범위에서 2~20시간 수행하고, 경화 공정을 370~450℃의 온도에서 5~20분간 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제10 또는 제11항에 있어서, 기재를 코팅하기 전에 불순물을 제거, 바람직하기로는 기재를 420~450℃에서 처리함으로써 불순물을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제10항 내지 제12항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재가 스틸, 알루미늄, 구리, 유리 또는 세라믹 임이 특징인 방법.
제10항 내지 제13항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복수층의 코팅이 기재에 시행됨이 특징인 방법.
