Abstract
본 발명은 보강된 고무 복합체 및 그로부터 제조된 제품에 관한 것으로, 이때 상기 보강재는 바람직하게는 황동-피복된 강철 코드를 포함하며 상기 복합체 또는 제품의 고무는 (A)저급 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 저급 알킬 메타크릴레이트 및 디엔고무 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체 약5 내지 100phr 및 (B) 적어도 하나의 추가의 디엔 고무 또는 그 혼합물 약0 내지 95phr을 포함하는 블렌드의 가황물이다. 이 블렌드의 전체 알킬아크릴레이트 또는 알킬 메타크릴레이트 함량은 약2 내지 10ph이며, 바람직하게는 약3 내지 8phr이다. 바람작한 제품은, 하중지지(load bearing) 직물-보강된 성분, 예를 들면 보강벨트(22)를 갖는 타이어이며, 이때 상기 직물이 황동-피복된 강철의 코드를 포함하고, 상기 성분의 고무는 상기 특정된 조성물을 갖는다.

Claims (1)
- 2개이 거의 연장되지 않은 원주 비드, 외부 원주 트레드, 상기 트레드로부터 방사상으로 연장되어 상기 트레드를 상기 비이드에 연결시키는 2개의 측벽, 및 환 형상(toroidal shaped)의 직물-보강된 고무 카커스 및 상기 트레드와 상기 카커스 사이에 위치된 원주상 직물-보강된 고무벨트를 포함하는 다수의 하중 지지(load bearing) 성분(component)을 포함하는 타이어에 있어서, 상기 벨트의 직물이 황동 피복된 강철 코드로 이루어지고, 상기 타이어에서, 상기 벨트의 고무 성분이, 고무 성분 100중량부당, (A)저급 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 저급 알킬 메타크릴레이트 및 시스 1, 4-폴리이소프렌 천연 고무를 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체 약10 내지 20중량부(상기 알킬 아크릴레이트 또는 알킬 메타크릴레이트는 상기 고무 성분 100중량부당 약2 내지 약10중량부를 차지한다)및 (B)적어도 하나의 추가의 디엔 고무 90 내지 80 중량부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 타이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
