Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 도체를 사용하지 않고도 회로기판을 외부컨트롤 기판등에 접속할 수 있는 LED헤드를 제공하는 것으로, 렌즈어레이(1)와, 렌즈어레이를 지지하는 렌즈홀더(2)와, 렌즈홀더(2)의 하부에 부착되어 LED소자 배열이나 그 구동회로를 함유한 회로기판(3)과, 렌즈홀더 및 회로기판(3)을 지지하는 방열판(4)으로 구성되어 있으며, 회로기판(3)의 일단부(3a)를 렌즈홀더(2)로부터 돌출시키고 이 돌출부분(3a)를 외부접속용 단자로 한것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 LED헤드의 측면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 LED헤드의 일부사시도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시한 LED헤드에 있어서 회로기판의 돌출부분에 접속하는 가요성 평케이블을 도시한 일부 생략사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 렌즈어레이와, 렌즈어레이를 지지하는 렌즈홀더와, 렌즈홀더에 부착되며 LED소자 배열을 갖는 회로기판과, 렌즈홀더 및 회로기판을 지지하는 수단으로 구성된 LED헤드에 있어서, 상기 회로기판(3)의 일부분(3a)을 렌즈홀더(2)로부터 돌출시키고 이 돌출부분(3a)을 외부접속용 단자로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 LED헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지수단은 방열판(4)과 지지부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED헤드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈홀더(2)는 2개의 경사면(2a, 2b)을 가지며, 상기 지지부재는 실질적으로 U자형상의 단면을 이루며 상기 2개의 경사면(2a, 2b)과 각각 결합하는 2개의 내향 굴곡단부(5a, 5b)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED헤드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경사면(2a, 2b)은 렌즈홀더(2)의 길이방향의 상부 테두리를 따라 내측으로 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED헤드.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 방열판(4)의 양 단부 및 중앙에 전부 3개의 클램프(5)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED헤드.
