Abstract
본 발명은, 노즐 출구 오프닝(3)을 통해 노즐(2) 밖으로 소규모 양자 펄스식으로 목표물(5) 상에 분석 유체(7)를 분사시키는, 목표물 상에 분석 유체를 비례적으로 공급하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.
지금까지 분석 유체를 위해 일반적으로 사용된 “드롭 온 디멘드”법의 경우에서 보다 실제로 더 크지만, 한편으로는, 지금까지 희석기 및 투여기를 사용하여 달성할 수 있었던 최소 용량보다 더 큰 분석 유체 양자의 정밀한 분배를 가능하게 만들기 위하여, 분석 유체를 가압하게 유지시키는 가압실를 포함하고, 위치 선정 요소(12)에 의해 운동하는 폐쇄요소(13) 및 밸브 오프닝(23)을 갖는 밸브 장치(11)가 제공되며, 밸브 오프닝(23)의 폐쇄동안 폐쇄요소(13)의 운동에 의해 유체의 분사가 지지될 정도로 밸브 장치(11)가 조립되는 장치가 제안된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따르는 장치의 전체 설계의 단면도, 제2도는 압전 위치 선정 요소를 갖는 본 발명의 구현의 단면도, 제3도는 자기적 위치 선정 요소를 갖는 본 발명의 구현의 단면도, 제4도는 바람직한 밸브 장치의 상세도.
Claims (10)
- 노즐 출구 오프닝(3)을 통해 노즐(2) 밖으로 소규모 양자 펄스식으로 목표물(5)상에 분석 유체(7)를 분사시키는, 목표물 상에 분석 유체를 비례적으로 공급하기 위한 장치로서, 분석 유체를 가압하에 유지시키는 가압실(1)을 포함하고, 가압실(1)로 부터 노즐 출구 오프닝(3)까지의 유체의 유동 경로에 있는 밸브 오프닝(23), 및 밸브 오프닝(23)의 개방 및 폐쇄를 위해 위치선정 부재(12)에 의해 운동하는 폐쇄 요소(13)를 갖는 밸브장치(11)가 구비되고, 밸브 오프닝의 폐쇄동안 폐쇄요소(13)의 운동에 의해 유체의 분사가 지지될 정도로 밸브장치(11)가 조립됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브장치(11)의 폐쇄요소(13)가, 노즐(2)에 면하고 시일링 림(15)에 의해 제한된 폐쇄부분을 포함하여, 밸브장치(11)가 폐쇄 위치에 있을때, 시일링 림(15)이 노즐-측면 환형 시일링 시트(17)에 견고하게 부착되고, 노즐 출구 오프닝(13)의 방향으로 있는 시일링 시트(17)의 하류에 노즐 프리챔버(4)가 위치하며, 이것은, 노즐 출구 오프닝(3) 및 밸브 오프닝(23)을 제외하고는 유압식으로 폐쇄되고, 폐쇄 부분(19)이 노즐출구 오프닝(3)의 단면부분 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시일링 시트(17)로부터 노즐 출구 오프닝(3)까지의 노즐 프리-챔버(4)의 벽(4a)이 최소한 부분적으로 원뿔형임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 밸브 오프닝(23)의 오프닝 단면이 폐쇄 부분(19)보다 더 작음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 오프닝(23)의 오프닝 단면이 노즐 출구 오프닝(3)의 단면보다 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 장치(11)가, 노즐 출구 오프닝의 방향으로 유압식 시일을 보장하는 위치 아래 (거리 dh)로 폐쇄요소(13)가 운동할 수 있을 정도의 탄성을 갖는 탄성 시일링 요소(25)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 장치(11)의 폐쇄요소(13)가 압전 위치 선정부재(30)에 의해 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브 장치(11)의 폐쇄요소(13)가 전자기적 위치 선정 부재(34)에 의해 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가압실(1)이 마찰력이 없는 시일에 의해 위치 선정 부재(30,34)로 부터 시일링 됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 마찰이 없는 시일이 격막(32)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
