Abstract
신규한 슬라이드 시험 요소(10) 및 그 제조방법이 기재되어 있다. 양자는 모두 프레임 부재(20)내에 형성된 리세스(32)의 측벽에서 성형되어 검출용 반응제를 담고있는 반응 부재(12)를 보유유지하는 립(34)를 특징으로 한다. 그 립은 후에, 일단 조립된 반응 부재위에 위치한다. 프레임 부재를 외측으로 향한 립과 함께 굴곡시킴으로써 립이 상기 반응 부재가 삽입될 수 있도록 허용하기에 충분한 거리만큼 벌어지도록 함으로써 조립된다. 조립전에 프레임 부재들의 이송을 용이하게 하는 선택적인 적층(100) 및 융합공정(104)도 또한 기재되어 있다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 립이 상기 반응 부재를 상기 리세스내에 유지하는 단 하나의 수단을 구비하는 시험요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 노출된 요홈이 그에 인접한 상기 립 둘레에 완전히 연장하는 시험 요소.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 리세스가 대체로 원형이며, 상기 립과 상기 요홈은 각기 환(annulus)을 형성하는 시험 요소.
- a)상기 반응 부재의 치수와 맞도록 된 치수의 개구를 내부에 가지는 냉간 변형가능한 프레임 부재를 형성하는 단계와, b)상기 개구내에 맞게 허용하도록 선택된 외측 치수를 가지는 반응 부재를 성형하는 단계와, c)상기 프레임 부재를 상기 반응 부재와 함께 조립장소로 이송하는 단계 및, d)상기 반응 부재를 상기 프레임 부재와 조립하는 단계로 이루어지는, 미리 성형된 프레임 부재내에 반응 부재를 삽입할 필요가 있는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)가, ⅰ)각각의 상기 프레임에 대해 우선 상기 프레임 부재를 관통하여 형성될 상기 개구 보다 더 적은 치수의 구멍을 형성하는 단계와, ⅱ)그후에 상기 개구를 상기 프레임 부재내에서 상기 구멍과 대체로 중심이 맞춰져 상기 구멍을 덮는 리세스로서 측벽과 함께 성형하는 단계, ⅲ)단계 ⅱ)후에, 상기 측벽의 최소한 일부를 냉간 변형하여 상기 개구 위에 위치하고 반응 부재를 제위치에 보호 유지하는 형상의 오버행 립(overhanging lip)을 형성하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 조립 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계 ⅲ)이 상기 측벽을 냉각 변형하여 상기 개구를 완전히 에워싸는 상기 립을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 냉간 변형단계중에는 상기 개구가 보호용 맨드럴로 채워지는 방법.
- a)내부에 기구를 가지는 열 융해성 플라스틱 프레임 부재를 한 장소에서 형성하는 단계, b)외측 치수가 상기 개구 내측에 들어맞도록 선택되는 반응 부재를 다른 한 장소에서 형성하는 단계, c)상기 프레임 부재를 상기 반응 부재와 함께 조립 장소로 이송하는 단계 및 d)상기 반응 부재를 상기 프레임 부재와 조립하는 단계로 이루어지는, 미리 성형된 프레임 부재내에 반응 부재를 삽입하는 것을 필요로하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 또한, 단계 c)이전에, 상기 프레임 부재들을 함께 적층하는 단계, 단계 c)후에 그리고 임시로 , 한 프레임 주재의 적어도 한 측연부의 최소한 일부를 인접한 프레임 부재의 대응한 측연부에 열로 융합함으로써 상기 더미내에서 상기 프레임 부재들을 함께 융합하는 단계, 접합스트립을 형성하는 단계 및, c)단계에서 융합된 상기 더미를 이송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는, 슬라이드형 시험 요소 조립 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 단계 c)후에, 그리고 상기 단계 d)이전에, 상기 더미의 한 단부로부터 하나의 프레임을 밀어붙임으로써 그 단부 프레임을 전단하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- a)내부에 개구를 가지는 열 융해성 프레임 부재를 한 장소에서 형성하는 단계, b)외측 치수가 상기 개구내측에 들어맞도록 선택되는 반응 부재를 다른 한 장소에서 형성하는 단계, e)상기 프레임 부재를 상기 반응 부재와 함께 조립 장소로 이송하는 단계 및, d)상기 반응 부재를 상기 프레임 부재와 조립하는 단계로 이루어지는, 미리 성형된 프레임 부재내에 반응 부재를 삽입하는 것을 필요로하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)는 가요성 중합체로 부터 상기 프레임 부재를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 개구 둘레 및 위로 돌출하는 립을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 단계 d)는 ⅰ)상기 프레임 부재를 굴곡하여 상기 립이 상기 개구로부터 상기 반응 부재의 치수보다는 더 먼 거리로 밀리게하는 굴곡단계, ⅱ)상기 반응 부재를 상기 립을 지나 상기 개부에 삽입하는 단계, ⅲ)상기 프레임 부재 및 상기 립을 이완하여 립이 상기 반응 부재를 상기 개구내에 보호 유지하는데 효과적인 치수로 복귀하도록 하는 이완 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 조립 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 굴곡 단계가, 상기 프레임 부재를 만곡된 표면상에 배치하는 단계를 포함하며 상기 립이 향하는 방향과 상기 표면의 굴곡율은 상기 립을 상기 거리만큼 멀리 밀기에 충분한 방법.
- 검출 가능한 변화를 발생시키는 반응제를 담고있는 반응 부재와, 상기 반응 부재를 보호 유지하는 가요성의 냉간 변형 가능한 열 융해성 플라스틱 프레임 부재를 구비하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소를 제조하는 방법으로서, a)상기 부재들을 제공하는 단계 및 b)상기 부재들을 조립하는 단계로 이루어지는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 제조방법에 있어서, ⅰ)각각의 상기 프레임 부재에 대하여, 형성될 상기 개부보다 더 작은 치수의 구멍을 상기 프레임 부재를 관통하여 형성하는 단계, ⅱ)그후에 상기 개구를 상기 프레임 부재내에서 상기 구멍과 대체로 중심이 맞춰지고 상기 구멍위에 위치하는 리세스로서 측벽과 함께 형성하는 단계, ⅲ)단계ⅱ)후에, 상기 측벽의 적어도 일부를 변형하여 상기 개구위에 위치하여 반응부재를 제위치에 보호 유지하는 형상의 오버행립을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 조립단계 b)가 ⅳ)상기 프레임 부재를 굴곡하여 상기 립이 상기 반응 부재의 치수보다 더 먼 거리만큼 강제로 밀리게하는 굴곡단계, ⅴ)상기 반응 부재를 상기 립을 지나 상기 개구에 삽입하는 단계, 및 ⅵ)상기 프레임 부재 및 상기 립을 이완하여 상기 립이 상기 반응 부재를 상기 개구내에 보호유지하는데 유요한 치수로 복귀하도록 하는 이완단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 단계 a)와 단계 b)사이에, c)상기 단계 a)에 의해서 제도된 프레임 부재들을 적층하는 단계와, d)그렇게 적층된 부재들을, 한 프레임 부재의 적어도 한 측연부의 최소한 일부를 인접 프레임 부재들의 대응하는 측연부에 열로 응압하여 접합 스트립을 형성하여 임시로 함께 융합하는 단계, e)상기 더미를 상기 b)에 적합한 장소로 이송하는 단계 및, f)상기 단계 b)를 할 수 있도록 하는 상기 장소에서 상기 더미로부터 각각의 프레임 부재를 전단하는 단계를 또한 포함하는 방법.
- 반응 부재를 냉각 변형 가능한 플라스틱 프레임 부재의 리세스 내에 위치시켜 리세스내에 보호유지함으로써 슬라이드 시험 요소를 제조하는 방법으로써 리세스에 인접한 프레임 부재의 일부가 반응 부재위로 굴곡되며, 상기 부재를 목표 분석물의 존재시에 검출가능한 변화를 제공하는 효과가 있는 적어도 한가지의 반응제를 포함하는 슬라이드 시험 요소 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 일부는 반응 부재를 위치시키는 단계 전후에 상기 리세스에 인접한 상기 프레임 부재를 냉각 변형하여 상기 부분이 상기 리세스 돌레 대부분에 걸쳐 연장하는 립으로 성형함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이드형 시험 요소 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
