Abstract

본 발명은, 철도선로의 분기기에 설치하는 탄성체결구에 관한 것으로, 플레이트 횡방향 양측에는 눌림턱을 돌설하며, 후부에는 클립받침대가 형성된 슬라이드 플레이트와; 레일의 저부경사면을 지지하기 위하여 단부에 일정한 각도로 경사부가 마련되며, “U”자형으로 중앙에 절곡부가 형성된 탄성클립과; 또한, 가드지지대와 조절판을 개재한 볼트 및 너트와 고정된 H형 가드의 가드지지대 하측으로 탄성클립이 설치되어 분기기내의 포인트와 가드부의 완전탄성 체결화로 인한 선로의 안정성과, 부품의 단순화로 설치 및 보수가 편리함은 물론, 특히 레일저부의 충분한 체결력 확보로 레일과 침목의 밀림방지 및 상하요동을 감소시킨 U자 레일탄성 체결구.

Claims (1)

  1. 플레이트의 횡방향 양측에는 눌림턱을 돌설하며, 후부에는 클립받침대가 형성된 슬라이드 플레이트와; 레일의 저부경사면을 지지하기 위하여 단부에 일정한 각도로 경사부가 마련되며, “U”자형으로 중앙에 절곡부가 형성된 탄성클립과, 또한 가드지지대와 조절판을 개재한 볼트 및 너트로 고정된 H형가드의 가드지지대 하측으로 탄성클립이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 U자 레일탄성 체결구.
