Claims (3)

  1. 디올과 디카르본산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체로 부터 생성되는 폴리에스테르의 제조시 하기 일반식 (I),(II) 화합물 및 금속 알콕시드를 직접 투입하여 액상중합한후 최종 고유점도의 60∼80%를 초기 고유점도로 하여 고상중합시켜 최종적으로 일반식 (I)과 (II)의 반응 생성물인 일반식 (III)의 난연성 화합물을 폴리에스테르 주쇄중에 공중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
    여기서, R1은 1가의 에스테르 형성성 관능기이며, R2및 R3는 같거나 또는 다른기로서 각기 탄소원자수 1∼10의 탄화수소기 또는 R1에서 선택되고, A 및 A'는 2가 또는 3가의 유기잔기이며, n1은 1 또는 2, n2 및 n3는 각각 0∼4의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 (I) 및 (II)의 화합물은 폴리머중 인함유량이 500∼50,000ppm이 되도록 투입함을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 알콕시드는 나트륨 에톡사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조방법.
