Claims (2)

  1. 디올과 디카르본산 또는 그의 에스테르 형성성 유도체로 부터 생성되는 폴리에스테르의 제조시 하기 구조식(I), (II), (V)의 화합물을 투입하여 최종 고유점도의 60-80%를 초기 고유점도로 하여 고상중합시켜 최종적으로 구조식(I)과 (II)의 반응 생성물인 구조식(III)의 난연성 화합물을 폴리에스테르 주쇄중에 공중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 제조방법.
    (여기서, R1은 1가의 에스테르 형성성 관능기이며, R2및 R3는 같거나 다른 기로서, 할로겐 원자, 탄소원자수 1~10의 탄화수소기 또는 R1에서 선택된 1가의 에스테르 형성성 관능기이고, A 및 A'는 2가 또는 3가의 유기잔기이다. n1은 1 또는 2이며, n2및 n3는 각각 0~4의 정수를 표시한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(I), (II)는 폴리머 중 인함유량이 500~50,000ppm이 되도록 투입하고, 화합물(V)는 0.001~0.1wt%가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 제조방법.
