Claims (12)

  1. 하기 (a)-(o)로 구성되는 폴리(아릴렌 설피드) 조성물 (a)40-80중량%의 상기 폴리(아릴렌 설피드), (b)25-60중량% 유리 섬유, 및 (c) 0.05-5중량% 흑연 분말.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 실란, 이형제, 안료, 또는 주형 부식 억제제인 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흑연 분말은 상기 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 약 2중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  4. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 유기 실란을 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기 실란은 에폭시 관능기 실란인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 흑연 분말은 회분 함량 약 5% 이하를 갖고, 상기 에폭시 관능기 실란은 감마-글리시드옥시프로필트리메톡시실란이고, 상기 조성물은 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 히드로칼사이트를 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 섬유는 직경 약 13 미크론 이하를 갖는 조성물.
  8. 제1-3항중 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 설피드)는 비경화 상태에 있을때 용융 흐름 약 1000이하를 갖는 필수적으로 선형, 고분자량 중합체인 조성물.
  9. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 설피드)는 상기 조성물을 형성하기 전에 약 215 내지 약 400 내의 용융 흐름으로 경화되고 경화 전에 산세척되는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산은 아세트산인 조성물.
  11. 제1-3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(아릴렌 설피드)는 폴리(페닐렌 설피드)인 조성물.
  12. 제1-3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형품으로 형성되는 조성물.
