Claims (11)
- 파장 범위가 180 내지 1200nm인 빛에 적어도 부분적으로 투명한 열가소성 중합체인 하나 이상의 유기 중합체(a)와 흑색 투명한 열가소성 중합체인 하나 이상의 유기 중합체(a)와 흑색 광물성 안료인 하나 이상의 탄소 함유 안료(b)를 필수적으로 포함하며 하나 이상의 첨가제(c)를 추가로 함유할 수 있는 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체(a)가 불소원자를 함유할 수 있는 폴리올레핀 또는 주쇄에 아미드 그룹 또는 아세탈 그룹을 함유하는 중합체인 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체(a)가 폴리옥시메틸렌인 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 옥시메틸렌 공중합체인 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료(b)의 양의 플라스틱 성형 조성물을 기준으로 0.001 내지 10중량%인 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료(b)가 인산칼슘 70 내지 90중량%와 탄소 30내지 10중량%를 함유하는 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료(b)의 입자 직경이 1 내지 50㎛범위인 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안료(b)가 유리 탄소를 함유하지 않는 무기 안료인 성분 (c)와 혼합된 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (c)가 이산화티탄인 플라스틱 성형 조성물.
- 레이저 방사선을 조사함으로써 표식이 제공되어 있는, 제1항에 따른 플라스틱 성형 조성물로부터 제조한 성형제품.
- 파장 범위가 180내지 1200nm인 빛에 적어도 부분적으로 투명한 열가소성 중합체인 하나 이상의 유기 중합체(a)와 흑색 광물성 안료인 하나 이상의 탄소 함유 안료(b)를 필수적으로 포함하며, 필요한 경우, 하나 이상의 첨가제(c)를 추가로 포함하는 플라스틱 성형 조성물을 사용하여 성형품을 제조한 다음, 성형품을 주 파장이 1064nm 또는 532nm 또는 351nm 및 248nm인 레이저 방사선에 노출시킴으로써 레이저 방사선 작용을 통해 표식을 제공함을 특징으로 하여, 플라스틱 성형 조성물로부터 표식이 제공되어 있는 성형품을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
