Claims (3)

  1. 주쇄의 반복단위가 에틸렌나프탈레이트로 이루어진 폴리에스터를 직접 중합할때 촉매를 사용하여 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트를 결정화시킴에 있어서, 초기중합이 이루어지고 에스테르화 반응이 실질적으로 종료되는 임의의 단계에서 촉매로서 다음(I)식 및 (II)식을 동시에 만족하는 량의 Mn, Zn, 알칼리금속화합물, 알칼리토금속화합물 및 P화합물중 적어도 하나이상을 첨가하고, 초기 축합반응이 종료되기 가지의 임의의 단계에서 다음 (III)식 및 (IV)식을 동시에 만족하는 량의 N 또는 R화합물을 첨가하여 결정화시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트를 결정화 방법.
    M은 Mn, Zn 또는 알칼리금속화합물, 알칼리토금속화합물 중 적어도 1가지 이상을 포함하며, N은 Ti화합물, P는 인화합물, R은 Sb 또는 Ge 화합물을 나타내며, 상기 숫치는 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 초기 중합체에 대한 각 화합물의 금속원자로서의 첨가량(ppm)을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초기중합후의 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트의 고유점도는 적어도 0.30 내지 0.70dl/g범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정화 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결정화는 불활성기체 존재하에서 또는 진공하에서 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트 초기중합체를 약 170 내지 220℃ 범위 이내의 온도로 가열하여 시행함을 특징으로 하는 결정화 방법.
