Abstract

본 발명은(A) 폴리아세탈 수지 100중량부, (B)용융 유동온도가 210℃이하인 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머 1내지 50중랑부, 및 (C)이소시안산염 또는 이소피오시안산염 화합물, 또는 그 유도체로 구성되며, 현저히 저하된 표면광택 을 갖는 반면에 폴리아세탈에 고유의 기계적 특성 및 성형성을 유지하는 성형품을 제공할 수 있는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. (A) 폴리아세탈 수지 100중량부, (B)용융 유동온도가 210℃ 이하인 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머 1 내지 50중량부, 및 (C) 이소시안산염 또는 이소시안산염 화합물, 또는 그 유도체 0.1 내지 10중량부로 구성되는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)로서 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머를 구성하는 산성분이 테레프탈산, 또는 테레프탈산의 부분이 이소프탈산, 나프탈렌디카르복실산 및 아디핀산중 최소한 1종으로 치환된 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)로서 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머를 구성하는 디올성분이 1.4-부탄디올, 에틸렌 글리콜, 또는 1,4-부탄디올이나 에틸렌 글리콜의 부분이 에틸렌 글리콜(1,4-부타디올사용시), 디에틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-시클로헥산디메틸을 중 최소한 1종으로 치환된 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)로서 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈테이트 코폴리머가 테레프할산 60내지 90몰%인 이소프탈산 10 내지 40몰%로 구성되는 산성분과, 1,4-부탄디올 및/또는 에틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-시클로헥산디메틸올로 더 구성되는 디올성분을 혼성중합하여 제조된 코폴리에스테르인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)로서 이소시안산염 또는 이소티오시안산염, 또는 그 유도체가 디이소시안산염 또는 디이소티오시안산염 화합물, 또는 그 다이머 또는 트리머인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 성분(C)로서 이소시안산염 화합물 또는 그 유도체가 4,4'-메틸렌 비스(페닐 이소시안산염), 이소포론 디이소시안산염, 1,5-나프탈렌 디이소시안산염, 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시안산염, 2,7-톨릴렌디이소시안산염, 2,6-톨릴렌 디이소시안산염, 및 그 다이머와 트리머인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  7. 제1항에 따른 조성물을 성형하여 제조되는 저광택의 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 명세서에 기술된 방법으로 측정된 바와같이 20%의 표면광택을 갖는 폴리아세탈 수지성형품.
