Abstract

본 발명은 저순도 카프로락탐의 회수공정에서 발생하는 증류잔류물을 다시 해중합시켜 카프로락탐으로 회수하는 방법으로써, 능류후이 잔류물에 응고방지제로써 알카리 금속이나 알카리 토금속의 산화물과 무기할로겐 화합물을 소량 첨가하고, 120∼180℃의 액상으로 해중합 반응조에 이송하여, 과열수증기와 접촉시켜 해중합시키는 방법으로, 저순도 카프로락탐 증류 잔류물의 회수율을 증대시킨다.

Claims (2)

  1. 카프로락탐의 회수공정에서 발생하는 증류잔류물을 다시 해중합시켜 카프로락탐으로 회수하는 방법에 있어서, 증류후 락탐과 올리고머로 구성된 잔류물에 응고방지제로서 알카리 금속 혹은 알카리 토금속의 산화물과 무기할로겐 화합물을 소량 첨가하여, 120∼180℃의 액상으로 해중합 반응조에 이송시켜, 과열수증기와 접촉시켜 해중합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 저순도 카프로락탐 증류잔류물의 회수방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 응고방지제는 증류잔류물에 대하여 5중량%이하, 무기할로겐 화합물을 증류잔류물에 대하여 0.01중량% 이상으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저순도 카프로락탐 증류잔류물의 회수방법.
