Claims (4)

  1. 용량이 작은 소형 배터리와, 전자열 변환을 수행하는 가열요소와, 상기 용량이 작은 소형 배터리에서 상기 가열 요소로 전기 에너지를 간헐적으로 공급하는 펄스 공급수단과, 상기 펄스 공급수단에 공급된 양을 수동으로 그리고 변동가능하게 교정을 바꾸는 교정수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초소형 전열처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열장치는 세락믹 기판을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 초소형 전열처리장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열요소는 도전 접착재료를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 초소형 전열처리장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교정수단은, 조작수단의 사용에 의해 저항 및 용량의 조합이 변경될 때 상기 펄스 공급수단에 의해 제공된 펄스의 온 상태의 듀티 비를 변화시키는 기능을 갖추고 있음을 특징으로 하는 초소형 전열처리장치.
