Abstract

본 발명은 CIS의 색 처리 기술에 관한 것으로 한 감지부의 데이타를 리드하기 이하여 적색용 어드레스 라인에 게이트 펄스를 인가하여 적색용 포트다이오드의 신호를 처리한후, 이와같은 방식으로 녹색용 어드레스 라인과정색용 어드레스 라인에 게이트 펄스를 순차적으로 인가하여 한 감지부의 데이타 처리가 완료하고, 이와같은 방식으로 그다음 감지부를 어드레싱하며, 이와같은 순서로 최종의 감지부(BM)에 대한 어드레싱을 수행하여 적, 녹, 청색용 데이타를 처리함으로써 컬러 그래픽을 입, 출력 할수 있게 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. N개의 도트 셀(DOT-DOT)을 적, 녹, 청색 감지용 3개의 포토다이오드(PD, PD, PD-PD, PD, PD)와 3개의 스위칭 소자용 박막 트랜지스터(TFT, TFT-TFT-TFT, TFT, TFT)로 구성하며 상기 도트셀(DOT-DOT)에서 박막 트랜지스터(TFT, TFT-TFT)-(TFT, TFT, TFT)의 드레인 적극을 공통 접속하여 이 접속점을 리드 아울집적소자(20)의 데이타 인 단자(DL1-DL)에 순자 접속하고, 감지부(B1-B)에서 박막 트랜지스터(TFT, TFT-TFT)-(TFT, TFT, TFT)의 게이트 전극은 색상별로 공통접속한후, 이 공통접속점을 구동부(10)의 어드레스 단자(R1, G1, R1-R, G, B)에 순차적으로 접속하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 콘택트 이미지 센서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포토다이오드(PD, PD, PD-PD, PD, PD)를 삼각 배열로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 콘택트 이미지 센서.
