Abstract

(목적)에지라이트 패널의 비약적인 휘도향상을 실현한다. (구성)투명기판(11)의 망점패턴에 의한 난반사수단(20)표면을 덮도록 적층 반사수단(30)을 밀착 배치하여 에지라이트 패널(10)을 구성한다. 난반사수단(20)은 미소구형상을 이루고 있으므로, 적층반사수단(30)의 배치에 의해 렌즈에 초점 효과를 얻어서 비약적으로 휘도를 향상한다.

에지라이트 패널 및 그 생산방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 액정 백라이트의 분해사시도, 제2도는 액정백라이트의 종단면도, 제3도는 난반사수단과 적층 반사층의 관계를 나타낸 확대종단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 투명기판 뒷면에 형성한 난반사수단과, 이 난반사수단 표면의 일부 또는 전부를 덮도록 이 난반사수단에 일체 적층형상으로 밀착 배치한 적층 반사수단을 구비하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 난반사수단을 미소반구형상으로 형성하고, 적층반사수단을 난반사수단 표면의 전부를 실질적으로 덮도록 형성하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 난반사수단을, 스크린인쇄의 자외선 경화투명 잉크에 의해 형성하고, 적층반사수단을 스크린 인쇄의 반사성 안료 첨가 자외선 경화 반사성 잉크에 의해 형성하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 난반사수단을 미소 직4각형 또는 대형상 내지 미소팽출형상으로 형성하고, 적층반사층을 난반사수단표면의 곡대기면부를 부분적으로 덮도록 형성하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 난반사수단을, 스크린 인쇄의 용제 휘발경화잉크에 의해 형성하고, 적층반사수단을 열전사의 반사성 안료함유의 전사층에 의해 형성하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 용제휘발경화잉크를 미세비즈 첨가의 잉크로서 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  7. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 난반사수단을, 투명기판과 일체성형의 투명수지에 의해 형성하고, 적층반사수단을 열전사의 반사성 안료함유의 전사층에 의해 형성하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 투명수지의 꼭대기면부를 주픔형상으로 조면화(組面化)하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 난반사수단을 미소 직4각형 또는 대형상 내지 미소팽출형상으로 형성하고, 적층반사수단을 난반사수단표면의 꼭대기면 부를 부분적으로 연속하여 덮도록 이 꼭대기면부에 일련으로 접착한 반사성의 시이트, 필름 또는 패널에 의해 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널.
  10. 투명기판 뒷면에 자외선 경화투명 잉크의 스크린 인쇄를 실시하여 난반사수단을 형성하는 난반사수단 인쇄공정과, 이 인쇄공정후에 자외선 조사를 실시하여 난반사수단의 잉크를 경화시키는 난반사수단 경화공정과, 이 경화공정후에 난반사수단 표면의 일부 또는 전부에 반사성 안료 함유의 자외선 경화 반사성 잉크의 스크린 인쇄를 실시하여 적층 반사수단을 형성하는 적층반사수단 인쇄공정과, 이 인쇄공정후에 자외선 조사를 실시하여 적층반사수단의 잉크를 경화시키는 적층반사수단 경화공정을 구비하여 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널의 생산방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 난반사수단 경화공정후에 동일한 난반사수단 인쇄공정 및 난반사 수단 경화공정을 반복형상으로 추가적으로 끼워서 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널의 생산방법.
  12. 뒷면에 스크린 인쇄에 의한 투명잉크 또는 일체성형에 의한 투명수지의 난반사수단을 구비한 투명기판에 대하여, 반사성 안료 함유의 열전사 시이트에 의해, 상기 난반사수단 표면의 꼭대기면부에 부분적인 적층 반사수단을 형성하는 열전사공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에지라이트 패널의 생산방법.
