Abstract

본 발명은 사판의 경전각을 변화시키는 유압서보기구를 가지고 있는 가변용량형 유압펌프를 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 역셜피스톤 펌프의 경전량을 변화시킬 수 있는 가변용량형 유압펌프의 제어장치에 있어서, 서보피스톤과 이 서보피스톤과 피드백 앵글레버로 연결되어 있는 서브밸브 및 압력검출용 피스톤을 가지고 있고, 서보 피스톤의 소경측은 직접 토출압에 의해 부하되어져 있고 대경측은 서보 밸브 기구의 절환에 따라 토출압에 의해 부하되어지는 형식의 펑프 제어장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 서보피스톤(4)의 대경실(26)로 통하는 유로(27)를 개폐하는 서보스플(10)과 상기 서보스플(10)을 내장하며 습동이 자유로운 슬리브(11)와 상기 슬리브(11)의 외측 일단에 고정되어 서보피스톤(4)의 이동에 따라 변위되는 앵글레버(15)와 상기 서보 피스톤(4)의 이동에 따라 좌우로 이동되는 사판(7)으로 구성된 가변용량형 유압펌프의 경전량을 변화시키는 제어장치에 있어서, 펌프의 토출압(Pd)에 대응하여 변위하는 마력제어용 가압피스톤(8)과 외부 지령압(Pt)에 대응하여 변위하는 유량제어용 가압피스톤(9)이 동일축상에 형성되어 마력제어용 토출압과 유량제어용 지령압의 합에 의해 1조의 대향 스프링(13a, 13b)가 변위되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량형 유압 펌프의 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가압피스톤(8, 9)의 일정변위에 대응하여 서보 피스톤(4)의 변위가 쌍곡선 형상으로 변화도록 앵글레버(15)의 하부에 경사부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변용량형 유압 펌프의 제어장치.
