제2도는 본 발명의 발동기를 적용한 브우스터펌프(booster pump)장치의 종단면도.
제3도는 급배변체를 바꿀때의 압력을 받는 면적을 표시한 도면.
제4도는 본 발명의 전체구조를 표시한 도식적으로 정리, 배열한 도면.

Claims (1)

  1. 기통(7)에 피스톤(8)을 자유롭게 미끄러져 움직이게 삽입하고, 기통(7)의 상벽(7a)과 피스톤(8)과의 사이에 작동실(9)을 형성하여, 피스톤(8)을 작동실(9)의 유체압으로 하사점측에 구동하는 동시에, 복귀스프링(11)으로 상사점측에 복귀되도록 구성하여 작동실(9)을 유체압급배변(13)을 끼고 급압구(14)와 배압구(15)에 접속이 바뀌게 될 수 있게 구성해서, 유체압급배변(13)을 파일럿변(18)에서 유체압의 급압위치(X)와 배압위치(Y)에 조작을 바꿀 수 있도록 구성하고, 유체압급배변(13)은 기통(7)의 상측에서 급배변체(30)가 급배변상(29) 안에서 상하로 작동이 바뀌도로 구성하며, 급배변상(29) 안에서 급배변체(30)의 외주부에 작업측변실(32)을 한쪽끝면측으로 유체압의 급압측변실(33)을 다른끝면측으로 배압측변실(34) 및 파일럿작동실(35)을 각각형성하여, 작업측변실(32)을 작동실(9)로 급압측변실(33)을 급압구(14)로, 배압측변실(34)을 배압구(15)에 각각 연이어 통하는 동시에, 파일럿작동실(35)을 파일럿변(18)의 봉하여 막는 링제배압조작용변체(48)를 끼고 급압구(14)로 연이어 통하여, 파일럿작동실(35)의 단면적을 급압측변실(33)의 단면적보다도 크게 형성해서, 파일럿변(18)은 급배변체(30)의 중앙의 통공면(30d) 안으로 관통하는 세로로 향한 파일럿변실(45) 안을 스프울형 파일럿변체(46)가 상하로 작동이 바뀌게되도록 구성해서 파일럿변체(46)를 피스톤(8)에 연접하여 파일럿변체(46)는 하사점 근처에 있는 상태에서는 배압조작용변체(48)를 열고서 파일럿작동실(35)을 급압구(14)로 연이어 통하는데 대해서, 상사점 근처에 있는 상태에서는 급압조작용 변체(53)를 열고 파일럿작동실(35)을 압발구(51)에 연이어 통하게 되도록 구성한 유체압 피스톤 발동기에 있어서, 급배변체(30)의 하측에 급압측변실(33)을 상측에 배압측변실(34) 및 파일럿작동실(35)을 배치하고, 급배변체(30)의 급압측변실(33)로 향하는 급압측변면(30a)의 급압측변면경(A)을 배압측변실(34)로 향하는 배압측변면(30b)의 배압측변면경(B) 보다도 소경으로 형성하여, 급압측변면(30a)이 닫힌 상태에서의 급압측개변개시때의 수압면적(D)을 배압측변면(30b)이 닫힌상태에서의 급압측개변 종료때의 수압면적(E) 보다도 작은면적으로 형성해서 급배변체(30)의 파일럿작동실(35)로 향하는 파일럿수압면(30C)의 파일럿수압면적(F)을 급압측 개변종료때의 수압면적(E) 보다도 큰면적으로 형성하고, 봉하여 막는 링제의 배압조작용 변체(48)의 내주면(48a)을 파일럿변체(46)로, 외주면(48b)을 급배변체(30)의 통공면(30d)으로 자유롭게 미끄러져 움직이게 봉하여 막아서 접촉시키는 동시에, 그 상면(48c)을 수구(49)의 하면으로 받아내게하여 수구(49)의 상부를 급배변상(29)에 고정시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 유체압 피스톤 발동기.
