Abstract

본 발명은 모터 펌프에 있어서 보조임펠러에 의한 독립된 취급액의 순환계에 의해 모터부의 냉각 및 축받이의 윤활을 행할 때에 모터부압력, 즉 순환하는 취급액의 압력을 주공정의 흡입압(주임펠러의 흡입압)보다 상승시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 앞쪽회전자실(34)에서 순환하는 취급액을 통로를 통하여 보조임펠러(38)의 흡입입구부(52)보다 반경방향외측으로 거리 L만큼 거리를 둔 유입부(62)로 유입시키는 것에 의해 유입부(62)의 압력(앞쪽 회전자실(34)의 압력)이 흡입입구부(52)의 압력(주공정의 압력)보다 거리 L에 대응한 압력만큼 승압되어 고온에서 가스화하기 쉬운 펌프취급액에 대해서도 그 순환액이 가스화하는 일 없이 모터부의 냉각과 축받이의 윤활을 원활하게 하는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 모터 펌프의 모터부 압력상승방법을 실시하기 위한 보조임펠러부분의 구성을 나타내는 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명을 가장 적합하게 적용할 수 있는 고온 캔드모터 펌프의 전체적 구성을 나타내는 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 모터부의 앞쪽회전자실측에 설치한 보조임펠러에 의해 독립된 펌프취급액의 순환계를 구성하여 모터부의 냉각 및 축받이의 윤활을 행하도록 한 모터 펌프에 있어서, 회전자실내를 순환하는 펌프취급액의 보조임펠러에 대한 유입부를 보조임펠러의 흡입입구부보다 반경방향외측으로 설치하고 회전자실내를 순환하는 상기 취급액의 압력을 보조임펠러의 흡입입구부의 압력보다 상승하도록 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 펌프의 모터부 압력상승방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보조임펠러의 회전자실내를 순환하는 취급액의 유입부와 흡입입구부에 대응하는 부분에 측판을 설치하여 된 모터 펌프의 모터부 압력상승방법.
