Abstract

본 원은 부식성 매질내에서 현저한 마모, 침식, 공동화(cavitation), 식마 현상을 받는 피복편(covering piece)용의, 탄성 유기 매트릭스와 대분분이 초미립자로 이 매트릭스내에 균일하게 분포되어진 직경 0.1-10㎛이고, 밀도가 약16에서 5사이인 준구형 비산화된 세라믹 입자들의 회합으로 구성되는 복합재료 및 상기 미립자들을, 상기 매트릭스내 도입에 바로앞서, 선정된 고분자 유기 분산제에 담가, 이 분산제의 고분자쇄들이 이 입자의 표면에 비공유 결합적으로 고정되도록 하는 복합재료 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 부식성 매질내에서 현저한 마모, 침식, 공동화(cavitation), 식마 현상을 받는 피복편(covering piece)용의, 탄성 유기 매트릭스와 대부분이 초미립자로 이 매트릭스내에 균일하게 분포되어진 직경 0.1-10㎛이고, 밀도가 약16에서 5사이인 준구형 비산화된 세라믹 입자들의 회합으로 구성되는 복합재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 탄성 매트릭스가 폴리우레탄들 가운데 선정되는 복합재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 탄성 매트릭스가 100℃이상의 온도에 저항성을 지니는 탄성 유기 화합물들 가운데 선정되는 복합재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초미립자가 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 탄탈륨, 니오븀, 텅스텐, 몰리브데늄, 붕소 및 실리콘 또는 이들 금속화합물들의 혼합물 가운데 선정된 내열금속들(refractory metals)의 탄화물, 질화물 또는 탄소질화물 분말인 복합재료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초미립자가 공지 내열금속들의 탄화물, 질화물 또는 탄소질화물 분말인 복합재료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 밀도가 약5인 복합재료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자들을, 상기 매트릭스내 도입에 바로앞서, 선정된 고분자 유기 분산제에 담가, 이 분산제의 고분자쇄들이 이입자의 표면에 비공유 결합적으로 고정되도록 하는 복합재료 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 폴리카복실(polycarboxylic)또는 폴리실란화합물들 및 이들 두 화합물들의 컴비네이션들 가운데 선정되는 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 폴리카르복실산과 폴리실옥산 공중합체의 컴비네이션인 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 초기 세라믹 입자 충전물%가 최종 충전양으로 따져 중량% 약1에서 80사이인 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 하기 단계들을 본질적으로 포함하는 제조방법 : 100℃이하온도 및 16,000rpm 또는 그 이하의 교반(약10에서 30분간의)하에서 고분자 유기 분산제내 상기 분말 삽입에 의한 비산화 초미 세라믹 분말 표면 제조단계 : 100℃이하온도 및 16,000rpm 또는 그 이하의 교반하에서, 상기와 같이 만든 세라믹 분말을 상기 유기 매트릭스의 성분들 가운데 하나에 도입시키는 단계 : 상이와 같이하여 얻은 혼합물을 상기 매트릭스의 또다른 성분에 도입시킨뒤, 피복물 수용용으로 제조한 시험편(piece)에 이 컴비네이션 물질을 즉각 도포시키는 단계.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 하기 단계들을 본질적으로 포함하는 제조방법 : 100℃이하온도 및 16,000rpm 또는 그 이하의 교반(약10에서 30분간의)하에서 고분자 유기 분산제내 상기 분말 삽입에 의한 비산화 초미 세라믹 분말 표면 제조단계 : 100℃이하온도 및 16,000rpm 또는 그 이하의 교반하에서, 상기와 같이 제조한 세라믹 분말을 상기 유기 매트릭스에 도입한뒤, 이같은 피복물 수용용으로 제조한 시험편에 이 혼합물을 즉각 도포시키는 단계.
