Abstract

화학양론적으로 혼합된 다가 수소페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르와 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민 혼합물에 피페라진:알칸올아민의 중량비가 1:8-1:1인 경화촉진제를 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민 100 무게부당 1-100부 첨가하여 조성한 에폭시수지 조성물과 규사, 착색규사, 대리석, 종석 등 경량골재를 1:3-1:7의 비율로 배합한 레진몰탈층을 밑면에 요철부위가 형성된 30-50mm 두께의 시멘트 기판 위에 3-5mm의 두께로 분사하거나 미장방식으로 코팅하여 경화시키고 레진몰탈층 위에 내긁힘성 수기를 코팅하는 단계로 이루어진 레진몰탈을 이용한 인조석의 제조방법.

Claims (1)

  1. 화학양론적으로 혼합된 다가 수소페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르와 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민 혼합물에 피페라진 : 알칸올아민의 중량비가 1:8-1:1인 경화촉진제를 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민 100무게부당 1-100부 첨가하여 조성한 에폭시수지 조성물과 규사, 착색규사, 대리석, 종석 등 경량골재를 1:3-1:7의 비율로 배합한 레진몰탈층을 밑면에 요철부위가 형성된 30-50mm두께의 시멘트 기판 위에 3-5mm의 두께로 분사하거나 미장방식으로 코팅하여 경화시키고 레진몰탈층 위에 내긁힘성 수지를 코팅하는 단계로 이루어진 레진몰탈을 이용한 인조석의 제조방법.
