Claims (1)

  1. 화학양론적으로 혼합된 다가수소페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르와 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민 혼합물에 피페라진:알칸올아민의 중량비가 1:8-1:1인 경화촉진제를 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리아민 100무게부당 1-100부 첨가하여 조성한 성형체를 몰드 바닥에 투여해 표면층을 형성하고 규사, 착색규사, 대리석 종석 등 경량골재를 투명 성형체 또는 안료가 첨가된 성형체와 3.5-5:1의 비율로 배합해서 소정 두께로 표면층에 덮고, 몰드에 진동을 가하여 기포를 제거하며, 로울러를 사용해 평탄성을 부여하되 시공시 접착력응 증가시키기 위해 접착면을 거칠게 처리하고, 약 30분간 방치한 다음, 30-100℃온도에서 약 30분간 가열, 경화, 급속냉각하고, 성형이 완려된 후 용도에 따라 내마모성의 증가나 광택보호를 위해 세라믹 특수 코팅제로 코팅시키는 단게로 이루어진 규사, 착색규사, 대리석, 종석 등 경량골재를 이용한 성형체의 성형방법.
