Abstract

본 발명은 소수성 제올라이트를 함유한 풀먹인 종이에 관계한다. 이 종이는 마립지, 크레이프 라이너 또는 마분지이다. 고체나 액체식품, 담배 또는 의약품용 마분지는 나쁜맛내는 물질 또는 해로운 물질이 포장물에서 내용물속으로 전달되는 문제를 흡착법으로 해결하는 제올라이트의 기능을 이용하는 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 리그노셀롤로오스-함유 섬유 현탁물을 제조 및 탈수하여 물먹인 종이를 제조하는 방법에 관계하고 이때 탈수작업은 소수성 제올라이트의 존재하에 실행한다. 제올라이트의 불활성 특징 때문에 광범위한 pH범위에서 제지공정에 이용할 수 있다. 본 발명은 종이 제조용 수소성 제올라이트의 용도와 또한 포장재료에 이 풀먹인 종이를 사용하는 것에 관계한다.

Claims (19)

  1. 소수성 제올라이트를 함유하고 잔류 부탄을 함량으로 특징지어진 제올라이트 소수성도가 0.5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 리그노셀룰로오스-함유 섬유로된 풀먹인 종이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 소수성도가 0.001내지 0.3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트를 구성하는 4면 등위의 SiO2대 Al2O3몰비율이 10:1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 펜타질형인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  5. 제1,2,3또는 4항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 양은 건조섬유와 충진제 1톤당 0.05㎏내지 50㎏인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 종래의 호제(sizing agent)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 리그노셀룰로오스-함유 섬유는 기계적으로 분리된 재생섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
  8. 리그노셀룰로오스-함유 섬유 현탁액을 제조 및 탈수하고 이때 탈수작업은 소수성 제올라이트가 있는 것에서 실행되며 잔류부탄을 함량으로 특징지어진 제올라이트 소수성도가 0.5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀먹인 종이 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제올라이트 소수성도가 0.001 내지 0.3중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제88항 또는 9항에 있어서, 제올라이트를 구성하는 4면 등위의 SiO2대 Al2O3몰비율이 10:1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제8,9또는 10항에 있어서, 제올라이트의 양은 건조섬유와 충진제 1톤당 0.05㎏ 내지 50㎏인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 탈수작업은 종래의 호제가 있는 곳에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 종래의 호제는 알킬케텐 이량체(AKD), 알케닐 숙신산무수물(ASA) 또는 그 혼합물이 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 제올라이트는 종래의 호제가 함유된 분산물 형태로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  15. 제12항 또는 13항에 있어서, 제올라이트는 호제보다 먼저 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 제올라이트를 제지장치의 해드박스 직전에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  17. 잔류 부탄을 함량으로 특징지어지는 제올라이트 소수성도가 0.5중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 풀먹인 종이 제조용 소수성 제올라이트의 용도.
  18. 잔류 부탄을 함량으로 특징으로 하는 소수성 제올라이트를 포장재료에 함유시켜서된 풀먹인 종이의 용도.
